14mg on a .5 ohm coil is too much nic intake, 3mg on a .5 ohm coil is about right.
I started on 24mg on a 1.8ohm.
Went to 18mg on the 1.8ohm
Went to 18mg on .5 ohm coil couldn't take more than 2 puffs without feeling light headed.
Went to 6mg on .3 to .5 ohm coils
Now I'm at .15 to .3 ohm coils at 1.5mg.

Do NOT INSULT our Armed Services or those who lived through a Terrorist Attack. Rember I live in New York and saw the smoke from the World Center from my house.
I assumed he was asking if he was ex military, because if he was, PTSD from past military service might have been triggered by any of the number of stressers he has recently gone through. I don't think he was insinuating that quitting smoking had caused PTSD. That's how I took it anyway!

PTSD can develop immediately after someone experiences a disturbing event or it can occur weeks, months or even years later.

PTSD is estimated to affect about 1 in every 3 people who have a traumatic experience, but it's not clear exactly why some people develop the condition and others don't.

From these statements I feel he was saying he had PTSD from quitting smoking. When I said not to dishonor our armed forces by saying he has it he listed all the other causes. I consider how I suffered quitting what I deserved for allowing myself to get addicted to cigarettes. He never argued this assumption.

sorry i didn't read the whole thing but it had something to do with vaping and i still have not figured it out. It lead me to have anxiety attacks. Been a few years now but still i get them once i a while. Like yest, i had some coffee and it started one. I just don't try to think much about it. Give it some time mate.. you will be back to normal.

It's very difficult to express the feeling you and me went thru so others that don't have any idea how or what it feels like have no idea at all.

P.s: If you ever find out the cause, please also let me know, thanks

Why are you quoting me for you update? If you say you have PTSD from nicotine withdrawal I still say in your own words RUBBISH.

Do not DISHONOR the brave men and women who fight for your rights and freedoms!

Youve giving me a lot of help steve. just thought id update.

i had a little too much nicotine which caused a panic attack. I believe it to be GAD not PTSD, but more a panic disorder.

Btw PTSD isn't just for people that fight in wars.

I am glad I was of help but do not keep going on about PTSD unless you have a legitimate reason to say you have it. Nicotine withdrawal is the price you pay for choosing to become a smoker. I went through absolute hell quitting and I admit it was all my own doing and no one to blame but myself. Do not feel sympathy because I SUFFERED when I chose to quit because I chose to smoke. Remember the first cigarette? Made me sick if I can remember that far back.
