The order for 3 pieces of replacement glass placed April 14 has finally touched down in New York. A mere 79 days so far...

A package they shipped out late April is finally out for delivery hopefully I receive it today. This was with China Post very slow. The fastech orders where I used Netherlands post in late May were all received in 1 month.
Sometimes you get lucky. The Aegis Mesh RTA I ordered from Fasttech was shipped on June 20 and USPS tracking shows it as having landed in Los Angeles and being on its way to me.

Got the reply from Fasttech "Since there is long time still no update, we will submit enquiry to the post office to institute investigation for this item.
We will update you for any feedback and refund or reship your order once the post office verifies your package as lost."
Package has been in shipping 95 days, last update was on 05/15/2020. Fasttech no longer carries 2 of the items I ordered and another has a ETA of 7 days... so much for reshipping...lol

My refund came through yesterday. Although it did come with the request that, if the package should show up, would I please pay Fasttech back.
FWIW, I ordered a Brunhilde RTA from Sourcemore on June 22nd. Within a day, it started tracking. Today, my order will be delivered. Now, I don't know if Sourcemore has a US warehouse or not. If it's coming from China, it begs a few questions regarding Fasttech.
BTW, I paid $24 for the Brunhilde.

My last Fasttech order showed up without upto date tracking information, I checked the day before and it was supposedly still in China and taking a tour of the countryside.

Even though things have settled down lately, I'm happy to have no open FT orders. Most anything I needed from them is already here.

Everytime I get a response from FT about how they are contacting their shipper for investigation I picture a guy in shipping crawling around on that pile looking for my package like it's Wonka's Golden Ticket.
Shenzen is practically a country within a country. That city manufactures and ships more stuff in a day than many countries do in a year. A flat down astronomical amount of product comes out of there every day.
They're actually doing better than it seems given that circumstance. I don't know this for a fact, but I have a feeling that the suffocating CCP is making it harder on them lately too.
I have been ordering from Fasttech non-stop every month since January.
For Europe my advice is to avoid Epacket.

I think you said yours shipped right. If it means anything, my 3F order, which I placed on the 4th of April, shipped the 6th, has hit stateside. It's now sitting in the tar pit of the Detroit USPS distribution hub. Where it just may sit until we are enduring the 2024 national election campaign.Still no updates/movement of the item. Sent them one final message asking for a refund.
My 3/24 FT shipment showed up in Indianapolis on 6/29, reached the Pontiac distribution center on the 30th and reached me on 7/3. I've been lucky with that Pontiac center. Glad your order showed up in the state at least!
