I was looking at the Central Trade site. $92 US, or about £60 for 1.2kg of e-liquid in a plain bottle (what's that going to be, a litre?)

An old definition of a litre was the space occupied by 1 kg of pure water at the temperature of its maximum density (3.98 °C) under a pressure of 1 atm.
So if we assume that there is not going to be much difference in the weight of equal volumes of pure water and e-liquid then 1.2kg = 1200ml.
At $94 that would work out at $0.078/ml or $2.35 for 30ml.
