I have a drill, titanium drill bits too.....don't have a vise to hold it while drilling though.....airhole does need to be bigger.

From what I understand the difference between cheap and expensive rba are the build quality. Many ppl say the performance of vape is your coil and wick build not the atomizer itself.

What type of coil do you have running on it? Just curious as to what Kevin set you up with.Got an IGO-L yesterday just to get my feet wet and learn RBA ways while I wait for my more "exclusive" units... I bought mine at a my local B&M store here in SoFla (BocaVapes) and Kevin (the owner) helped me set it up for the first time... I added a few drops of his Speargun Brownies juice in 24ml (Brownie/Coffe flavor) and took a hit of the thing... "Knocked on my behind" is an understatement; the thing made my head spin it was so strong and flavorful. I am now getting used to the increased strength of the vapor and enjoying the living lights out of this little unit. Will pick up two more next week so I don't have to be washing/re-wicking/re-coiling every time I want to switch flavors.
I'm sold on RBAs... These things are amazing and if a $15 unit can give me this kind of satisfaction; I can't wait to get my hands on a proper unit like a Senesis or a Foggy to put on my JM22.![]()

The IGO-L steel is soft. HS drills will plow right through. Such a short distance to drill I just held them in my hand. Done in a flash!
Good to know....I have an AGA T2 airhole to drill as well.
thanks.
That'll be just as easy. I drilled my AGA-T+ and RSST's the same way. Most all the Chinese rba's are thin-walled.
To fix the loose topcap, take off the o rings, wrap around 1 turn of teflon tape, and refit the o rings.![]()

Hmmm...I got 3 of the loose cap Igos yesterday (my original was tight fitting), not sure if I want teflon tape that close to my ejuice - any concerns there?
Does anyone know what size o-rings are on the tight fitting Igos? If I can just order some or run down to the hardware store, that would be great!
