Went ahead and rebuilt mine, after running probably 20 mls or so through it.
My last build was working really quite well for the most part, but I did have some occasional dry-ish hits, and occasional flooding when trying to avoid the dryer hits.
This time I did a similar build with some differences, 32 guage kanthal, 1.5mm ecowool, 2.9 ohms, about 3 mm outside diameter, not touching wraps but close. I left about 2.5 MM of wick out on either side of the channels, and a pice of 1.5mm ecowool draped over the top of the coil, with either end down in the cup to mop up any excess that gets in there, and transport it to the top of the coil.
Then I stuffed the 2.5 mm of wick that is comming out each juice channel back into the cup, with the chimney on, so that none was sticking out the channels, but instead kinda stuffed back into the cup.
So far this is working really really well, no flooding to speak of, and seems like the coil is staying nice and moist through chainvaping.
I am actually finding the build process on the Fogger to be really simple, at first I thought it was more difficult with the design of the cup, but with a couple little tricks, it's actually easier then my Kayfun to build in some ways.
