I thought I had mine figured out, had the most recent build working for several days, up over some high mountain passes down to almost sea level and not a problem one through about 15 tanks. Then without any know reason it was sitting in my cup holder where it had ridden all week and it decided to empty a full tank out through the AFC in the matter of just a couple hours. Not even moving down the road, took a hit off it then laid down for a 2 hour break, woke up and picked it up for a hit only to find the tank dry. All the juice was in the cup holder. I opened it up, tightened the chimney just a little, added about half a tank of juice and within 5 minutes it was running out again so I unscrewed it from my 134 and opened the window.
So, if anyone is interested it's in a ditch alongside the highway just north of Cortez, Colorado. I have a real Russian 91% sitting at the house waiting on me and hopefully I'll be by there in the next few days to pick it up.

As much as I had invested in the thing time wise I'm a bit saddened by its demise. Other than an ex-wife or two I have never had anything in my life that could be so great one minute then a complete **** the next. When I had it working it was hands down the absolute best vapor I have experienced so far. But without any reason or prompting it would go crazy, kinda like ex-wives.
I just don't get it, other than the AFC there's no mechanical moving parts so if it's working correctly it should just work. The only things that "should" change when it's working is the flavor/vapor produced as the wick gets a build up on it. The decision to empty itself into the cup holder without being touched leads me to believe there's little green men living inside it with a warped sense of humor who get a laugh out of our frustration.

I tried searching and I'm no stranger to forums but i couldn't find the answer to this one. I just got nine foggers sent to me (don't ask, it was supposed to be 1 v3 and 1 v2 with spare parts and glass for both of them) anyway... the phillips screw used as the positive contact is completely trashing my super-t and provari positive posts where none of my other tanks, cartos, rda, rba, etc havent left a mark.
Aside from that, I've tried a few build and build #3 with a 1.6ohm 32ga microcoil and the well completely filled with cotton and nothing poking out the two wick holes has been working perfectly with no dry hits and no flooding but it still doesnt taste as good as my drippers. So far it just seems like a super protank.

Yeah. I know most of you have flat head. but all nine of my foggers (5xV3 4xV2) are phillips head for the coil terminal screws and the positive contact in the 510. Oh and the fill screw is phillips too, and doesn't sit flush so the outer ss cap hits the fill screw and cuts a nice circle on the inside of the ss cover. I haven't seen any side holes in the positive coil posts in mine either and they are all different heights and yes the positive post spins freely when you tighten it. The 510 contact screw also shorts without an o-ring if you screw it down too tight or try to flush it up with your mod. 4 air holes.
Same issue with 510 phillips screw. I opened a ticket with FT, see if I can get replacement flat head.
Mine came straight from yiloong so i don't know how much fasttech can do about it. Anyone know the thread pitch offhand?

I have been loving my Fogger V3, since I got it about a week ago.
Until today when it fell a few feet onto a soft, but not soft enough surface, and cracked the glass tank...
So now it is useless...
Any place to get spare glass tanks?

With cotton i stopped stuffing the chamber and it works fine now i know how much wick to leave on the juice slots / holes. Only problem with cotton is that it burn and needs to be replaced after 2 days. The wick is burnt so bad it barely fills up the coil.
Now I'm using ekowool it's about 1.5mm. The kind i bought is not hollow and looks like a bunch of silica twisted into a rope. I hope this is ekowool lol. It fits the slots with a little room and needs a little thinning down on the juice slots/hole. I just use tweezers and bend a couple of stands back inside towards the chamber away from the juice holes / slots. 1.5mm is almost perfect. Without the slight adjustment it doesn't wick good enough and i don't see the air bubbles after taking a hit or two. I don't know how to do micro coils with this, i just wrap around the ekowool slowly and keep the wraps as close as possible. I hope this stuff lasts..

Sorry missed your post. You can take a syringe and stick it in from the top of the chimney and suck most of the juice out if it is flooded bad.

just finished another build, ive never had a working one.
the build is great, but i flooded it by squeezing juice in thru the top as you point out in this post. i ruined it.
any fix for it once it is flooded? or just try try again?

How's the vape with just 3 wraps? I use at least 6-7 about 1 ohms with wraps as close as possible manually wrapping around the ekowool wick but my microcoil at 1.4 ohms with the touching wraps seem to perform better.

Here's some photos of my nearly-one-month-old coil that I'm still using. The coil itself is now hideous and gnarly and needs to be rebuilt, but I'm posting these because I think this is just about the perfect amount of cotton to use. Unfortunately, I don't know the internal diameter of the coil, so I don't know how useful these will be to other folks, but I'm hoping this will help others with the Dark Art of Fogger Building.

That's actually 5 wraps, if you count the legs. It's, no joke, the best vape I've ever had. LOADS of flavor, fully saturated, impressive vapor production. I DO get the occasional dry hit, but just a quick, unpowered pull has it back on track.
I've got a handful of hybrid clones, a real iHybrid Pure, several genesis atomizers, and an Ithaka clone. The Fogger performs the best out of all of them, but it can still be a hassle getting it set up right. The gennies and hybrids are easy-peasy. The Ithaka; while I can get it to work I've never been satisfied with the flavor or vapor. I'm doing something wrong in the build though, I'm sure of it.....

I love this quote, and to me personally I do agree. I have 2 v2 Foggers, no issue since set up, 2 months back. micro coil, cotton wicks. I have a v3 Fogger, about to widen the wick channel & mod, be cause I can. DW has started the path for me. I have 6 Terminator-C's, 4 set up and great, but the set up time, was much to much. My all day atty - Stratus22, ceramic wick flat ribbon coil. In the pocket, a KLite nano on a nem. Tomorrow I will take my Fogger v2 out for a day, just got more fluid today.
