Ordered mine tonight! This is going to be a long 2 week wait.
I'm looking forward to comparing this to my kayfun, less than half the price and Im pray for a heavy hitter.

It says on the site "organic glass", but it appears to be thread (terrifying, particularly from FT).
I also am a bit worried that the airflow might be pretty tight. It also seems there is no adjustable juice flow (without taking it apart)

On second thought, maybe I should have ordered the ithaka clone and a little extra NR wire.

I apologize for my pessimism.
I'm hoping for the best (from FT) but at this point, things seem a bit grim.

We shall see!

Keep you posted ;)

yep we always call poly lenses organic in the labs i have worked at.

it wont, this is the original tanks in the novas and clearos that were cracking all the time.

already a couple in the classies.

Are you sure? I thought the Novas and EVODs were all classified as either polyethylene or polyurethane whereas the fogger would be made of polyacrylates, polystyrene, or polycarbonates. Similar but could still be more durable.

lol with this stuff changing so fast and my distance from clearos and tanks and stuff i could very well be wrong., but i thought the original cracked tanks were PC. dunno for sure.

I could be wrong as well. I think I am going to wait until someone else tries it and confirms one way or the other before I drop $40 on this.

On a side note: The real Taifun GT is also made with plexiglass and I would be beyond ...... if I paid nearly $200 for a RBT that cracked when I put the wrong juice in it. Just sayin'.

All in all, this thing looks pretty versatile. It looks like you could set it up 2 or 3 different ways. Taifun as is, remove the coil housing and set up like a spheroid, and possibly remove the coil hosting, inner tube, and clear window and set up for a dripper. Not sure on the last one, depends on how it all breaks down parts-wise. Still, i got one coming in a few days and I'm pretty stoked. I'll post more when it gets here as well.

Well i plan on using mine as a Taifun. But only until i get some Sera filler, then it'll probly stay "oid-ed". But I'm hoping the upper tube could separate from the top cap, then you could have one heck of a 22mm dripper, with a huge drip well to boot!

Eta: i guess it would help to do a drip mode if the 2sets of threads matched up too, I'm just assuming they would.

i mainly want it for the adjustable airflow but, if its glass that would be another huge bonus. i signed up up on that site and asked where he got the pictures and if it's an updated version of the Yiloong version fasttech sells. we'll get to the bottom of this ;)
You have me thinking of doing the same. But I'll probably just wait till they hit the stores and get a second one then.

EDIT: I decided to go ahead and get a couple through an outside coop, the newer one appears just way too nice to pass up.

I just posted about the new version in the General forums. Didn't realize it was being talked about here. So here is what I have found out about it so far:

It IS Pyrex. It does have Air Flow Control. It does allow top filling so you can actually fill the whole thing up. All of which are improvements over both the Fogger 1.0 AND the real Taifun GT. Also this new version seems to be able to hold a whopping 10ml. Judging from the pictures the wicks sit closer to the bottom of the tank on this than they do in the real Taifun too, so you can vape more of the liquid before having to refill.

Can get more more details from Alibaba:

Umm the "real deal" here is made out of PLEXIGLASS so it is NOT safe for several of my juices. Why would I pay $200 (shipping included) for something that I can only halfway use. Maybe this isn't quite as good as "the real deal" but at least I can put what I want into it.

Oh and just curious when you were able to try this and see how good or bad it is?
