Me and a friend of mine, we were in the midle of the table in terms of orders and we got it arround two weeks ago... so I presume that is just a question of time for everyone to got it..

That must be one of those from the january shipment. It was sent on Jan 19 and arrived on Feb 15. Man and I thought our mail sucks.

I thought we were still waiting on the Kronos and I think in the other thread he said just about any flat top 18650

We are still waiting, but I just heard about the battery thing this morning.
But Kronos was designed for unprotected battery I think.

The batteries are unprotected. The Korons has a battery holder with a protection circuit an board.
