The Genesis LV is a great design, and wicks extremely well. :vapor: I've been on the same coil / wick for over a week now. The vapor production is great, and the flavor excellent. :)

The hard, plastic mouthpiece had to go.. It leaked air despite an O ring installed, so I forced in a silicone soft-tip for a LEO 4ml dual coil carto. It looks more in proportion to the LV IMO, and is air-tight. Tightened up the draw more to my liking also.

same here tech....mine actually stopped screwing on...just might look for my Leo set up and steal a dt from it...lol:D

At InTaste.de they sell other tips for the Genisis now. I have not gotten one yet so can not comment on the fit. I think I am getting one with my Genisis that I ordered there. Will repot about the fit then.

The Siam Mods SS DTs arrived.... :) I was looking through my vape gear box, and found that the top silicone grommet from one of my old CE2 Storm Tanks fits the GLV, and allows the DT to fit like it was made for it.. :D :smokie:

Technonut, that looks killer on a Don! Is it KICKED as well? If it is, does it make a difference? I've heard it's not really needed!

I received my shipping notice about 10 days ago. I'm so ON pins and needles!!! I've been giving the mailperson the stinkeye when I noticed he/she doesn't have a semi-small brown box in their hands. I'll have to make up for it later. Maybe giving them a big something-or-other - LOL!

Not Kicked......................Yet... ;) I have been enjoying the GLV on my VV devices. I wrapped one coil so far in a week, and just tune the voltage to where I like the vape best. :) Sure, I could take it apart, and remove a coil to change the resistance, but it's just more convenient to tune the voltage in since I have VV mods.

I hope you get your package soon Shouldn't be long now... :)

Great idea Mianker. I've got some pipettes and 3ml bottles on the way to try this. As I posted earlier in the thread, I dropped my GLV at one point and the glass bottle broke off with the glass threading still in the plastic cap. If that happens, there is virtually no hope of getting the glass out of the cap. I destroyed the plastic cap trying to do that and ended up just putting in a new one. Not difficult, but a PITA if you're out and about with no backup. Plastic is a much better material for this given how often I drop my pv.

Oh, and I just want to reiterate how well the GLV performs - it's a beast, I love it.

Thanks for the idea Teach.:toast:

I tried the 3ml plastic dripper bottle and it was too long. So I cut it down retaining 2CM of the tube. I then took a 3mm disposable pipette and cut off 15mm of the bulb which I then worked onto the opening I had made by cutting the dripper bottle. You need to twist and turn it working as far down the tube as possible.

I checked capacity on the glass bottle which is 1.5 ml. With the modified dripper bottle it is just under 3 ml. ;) almost double the capacity.

This modified bottle screws onto the installed glass bottle top much easier that the glass bottle does & I have no leaks.
I also added an extra o-ring on top of the one already installed where the top metal cone threads onto the bottom unit of the genisis. If you would prefer you could just shorten the dripper bottle a bit and wouldn't need the o-ring.

With this modification I can see me using this Genisis more. :)

If you try this modification and find you get no vapor I have found I sometimes need to make an adjustment to the airflow by loosening the top cap. I kind of like it as I can adjust the draw this way.

Teach deserves the credit as he came up with the 3ml bottle idea. I just found a way to mod a plastic bottle.

Don't forget to try changing the draw by loosening or tightening the top, that is probably the best part of this modification.
