Really ? You obviously haven't ridden one , in say , at least 10 years , they don't rattle your teeth , I have over 30,000 mules on mine , and still no oil leaks to be found . And your right about not hijacking the thread. But that's the only thing , you got right .

OK...this is getting ridiculous...and awkward...we all know you don't like anything but HD...your point is made...can we just move along now??

Tracking website traffic is extremely accurate today if you know about sort of thing. Online advertizing depends on it. It's tracked at the Tier 1s and doesn't rely on individuals agreeing to it.

The significance of this is it takes a certain investment to run an ecommerce site correctly. Otherwise YOUR CC data can and probably is very much at risk. Eg. just being PCI compliant means constant updates, competent people and regular testing. So someone running a site with very little traffic means it's highly unlikely they can afford to do it right.

This is ridiculous, I agree! Every supplier I have dealt with is awesome and has more than fair prices. I don't know any vendors in the retail market, besides the ecig vendors, where you can get next day shipping for $2.00 and expect to receive your package in 2-3 days. I also dont know any other vendors, besides ecigs, where you can call the owners after hours on their cell phones. Who have you been ordering from, because it surely isn't the same 20+ vendors that I have dealt with.

Does it really matter? I'm a big advocate of anything homebrew and I know and knew from the start that 90% of all e-cig supply and development was being done in the basement of inventive retirees and nerds with too much free time(me included). The methods to fuss-free vaping are already set in stone, get a pack of boge low-res cartomizers and a cheap 3.7v box and vape on. The more complicated mods like tanks are more or less... obviously complicated and messy. A lot of this stuff is still in development and being that it is, it's going to be rough.

Personally, I see no appeal whatsoever in map tanks. I see them as messy and a massive waste of juice and $$. Personally, I just buy 5-packs of CE2's and mod them into atomizers for direct dripping because I'm a cheapskate. That works for me, not entirely certain who else it works for, if anyone.

You've gone straight off the deep end now.

Are you paid to write this derp for a living, because you're not very good at it?

Are you merely a forum troll trying to get a rise out of people?

I'm getting tired of this too. Please just stop...

i've never looked at a suppliers traffic. Instead, I just order from each & every one of them & evaluate them for myself. Most tank mods are trash. Most plain 510/egos are trash.

Go with a Buzz Pro, or a REO & some decent juice & forget the rest.

Oh..........& I'm not necessarily a vet here, but I do post alot. You must have missed my post on Monday when I had nearly the same rant but much larger.

Hang in there. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me. I've tried just about all of 'em, when it comes to this stuff & the majority can be tossed. However, you gotta give props to the modding community for at least TRYING to make our vaping experience better. I just think when they are selling something that is gonna work like a prototype, it needs to be priced like a prototype.

The ecig game has come so far since I started, it's crazy. In 2009, you either got a 510, 801, 901 with a tiny battery. And other than that, you were waiting upwards of a month for a chuck, or some other tube like mod someone had devised in their garage. Today, imo a guy can get soooo many diff things that are probably going to be decent\good for little money and no wait. I can understand someone getting frustrated. But not everything out there is junk. Hell, I've got 808 batteries that have been put through all kinds of crap, and keep on ticking. Not bad for a little 9$ battery from china lol.

As far as cheapo tube mods go, you could do a lOT worse than the Sparkplug SP3. It's been my main PV for about a month now. $40 out the door for a great little mod. Once you do a little adjusting to the button spring, you're golden! I've got two now...couldn't be happier with them. The Quality Control seems a little quirky from the factory, but they'll sure shoot you a new one if something is wrong.

Oh man, when I got my first mod I was in heaven. The Puresmoker protege lol w\801. Had to wait for them to be in stock, and kept missing out on them. Not to much longer than that, totally wicked came out with the mass produced version of the screwdriver and I used it for over a year. Now, it's been so long since I've had a cig, I feel just fine with 808's. Although I still use some of my mods here and there, and really dig this Igo. I mean, it all is what it is. It's not highly crafted stuff like the protege, or a reo. But it's a night and day difference from the old njoy npro I started out with lol.

I've got an SP2 with thermo tube, new for $25 a few months ago..........yep, after some spring tweaking, that sucker was off & vaping hard! This is a good mod for the money. I'll agree.

So now your complaining that the vendors don't have secure websites? You might as well just give up then, because nothing on the internet is secure.

illillillillilli, exactly. This forum wouldn't have so much traffic except the stuff IS junk.

Don't classify everything on here as junk. What works for one person may not work for another. The e-cig is not a one size fits all. You have to find your niche. I just use a pen style kr808d, because it works for me and I am satisfied. There are so many selections out there. There are those out there who vape on different models. You dont have to be stuck with "junk".

I've got a Yamaha scooter. And six Harley t-shirts. That should count for something.

Well of course they do silly , that's how they buy them big cars and houses . If they didn't empty our wallets , they might have to get a real job . Me , I'm retired ( on full disability ) and livin , in Sin City . And I just got a new Harley . Everything is right in the universe .

Vulcan 900 and probably more t-shirts than you have fingers and toes....Yes the universe is doing okay!

Hi Ebutts. Why not just stay away from the tank mods? I know I have no desire to use a tank mod and I would guess many folks on here are prob happy with the upgrades in pv's they have purchased and dont use tanks either. Happy with my 808 and will one day go the ego-go go - echo route but as cool as tanks seem they just may not be for everybody. Especially if finding a good one has gotten your goat.

This is my vaping moto, I am not out for making sure planes can't land with my vapor, just enough to break the analog habit. I'm not even sure I'll give up the 808 unless they stop making it.
