For some reason, Ithaka old rebuildable does NOT fit in Ody Drip mode base!
Not the same threads.
I checked it with several bases.

Yes we can do it.
We can put it without cutting it on a JGG with his lid

I don't see reason for using this when
Ithaka spider dripp kit is availble,it will give much better alternative.
and it's the correct way to go for Ithaka users and for
Ody users ( with adding Ithaka upper tank part)

GG spideR is the best dripper provideR

add: better to go all steel tank for using it as a dripper IMO

If not cut it will be too long even for the JGG lid, it will push out the axis of the lid too much which will throw the JGG pin outside collector tank. One time I made it work, but it was inside UFS. because ggts you need the 801-510 adapter so you will have same problem as JGG.

I think you will need this Ody base drip mode:

if u fit Ithaka old atty inside you can screw the ody drip cap on!

(the inside threads are the same for Ody atty and old Ithaka atty)

sorry michob123 it's not the best solution after all,
as you need to cut the center post of Ithaka as it's too long.

if one looking for GG dripper most easy way to go now will be just adding
the new dripp mode kit,to the tank you allready have.

I try it and leaves the JGG Lid's Brass Center Pin handling with one of his o-rings!

The best modification to do,if one don't have the spider dripper kit.

and the brass is even more easy to cut then SS center post.

I think Ithaka atty will give better airflow and more option for setup if one prefer use silica,
as wick in a dripper.

We have also two inside nuts hight to choose from,so we control the TH to some extend.
And more juice capacity holding Maybe??

Not enough to touch BUT we can also add the Ithaka's adjustable pin and... Yeaaah!!

If you mean Penelope V2 center post ad pin... it doesn't fit... We have a Ithaka's center post here!
