Wifey update : She'll be in the hospital till probably Monday then get transferred to a nursing home for rehab, should be there for a week or two. She did seem to be doing a little better tonight. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers! It helps a lot.

Awesome news JP. Sending more hugs and prayers to both you and mrs. jP and family, GMO. And all in need.

Piggy had the house inspected yesterday. The inspector said he loved the house and it was the biggest, best backyard he had seen in over a year. No issues. Now it's sit and wait time for the bank to appraise it. We actually ended up with a great banker. She assured us she could do everything in the 25 day window, I guess it's normally 45 in Orlando.
