@liblue1 the news says the worst is over in your area but you never know how bad it can be. Glad you are safe.

I'm glad you're okay! It was stormin' here since Friday, but has let up now. It's expected to slowly warm up this week, and by next weekend, we'll be back to a sunny 85 degrees.

@westhc - Get well soon!

@CountBoredom - I slept in 'til 6am.

Tomorrow is my 2 year Vapeversary.
Today, I am givin' a starter kit to a long time smoker pal.
Afterwards, I'll be binge watchin' Glitch on Netflix.

10/161: Good morning all, well I awoke at 3:30 grabbed a cup of water and went back to bed. Think I feel asleep some more, but not the whole time until eight, been reading and..... check this out. yummm

Get to feeling better West, another show to check into Ranger.
Have to wait all day to watch my team......
BTW the last is not the most expensive steak....
If you do a steak on the grill, I suggest a mix of mesquite and hickory, with a complex butter at the end, the one flip thing is a myth by the way.

Mornin all
WEll get this...I thought it was Monday today
..and I was thinkin...WA?! Tiggs didn't go into WORK today??! Everyone is sleeping in??!
So the good news is...I get another Sunday today
Yes...I was quite surprised that the storm found it's way this far inland...and to think it was still this strong having jumped over all these "moguls" in this area.
Guess I should have been paying closer attention to Blue's Weather Map..but I was too busy watching all the hypnotic swirling green thingies
I miss Fuzzy's on the spot weather forecasts
There were 32 mph winds here most of yesterday ...with 55 mph gusts ...but this morn ..it is eerily quiet ...
Hope the worst is over for you, Blue ..
How's the weather holdin up out there,Mac..Isn't it Hurricane season out there right now? (Well..typhoon tip season...Korea gets those hurricanes...)
A pleasant SUNDAY (again ) to all..

It's been a heck of a couple weeks! I think I need some stress relief / aromatherapy.
I'm going to call around and see if any of the local ranges are open today as I have rare Sunday off.

10/16 - 2: Hope you can find one open JPF. Think I will make tuna fish sandwiches for lunch tomorrow, sounds light but good. May have a few today as well.

Edit: Just read this and good idea for those fleeing a hurricane:

For those of you that are evacuating from the coast, I just heard a great tip. It's called the one cup tip. You put a cup of water in your freezer. Freeze it solid and then put a quarter on top of it and leave it in your freezer. That way when you come back after you've been evacuated you can tell if your food went completely bad and just refroze or if it stayed Frozen while you were gone. If the quarter has fallen to the bottom of the cup that means all the food defrosted an...d you should throw it out. But if the quarter is either on the top or in the middle of the cup then your food may still be ok. It would also be a great idea to leave this in your freezer all the time and if you lose power for any reason you will have this tip to fall back on. If you don't feel good about your food, just throw it out. The main thing is for all to be safe. Please SHARE this on your page.

ahhh..JPF ..I love the smell of gun powder out on the firing range in the mornin
Stress relief is very important ..and lack thereof ..can be hazardous to your health in time ...
So hope everyone is finding a good safe stress relief outlet ..unless of course..stress relief for you is something like skydiving..or alligator wrastling...

I made them with corn tortillas in the broiler.....then added cheese & dip in sour cream...and a greenie drink to go with it........this is the 3rd course....
