Missed out on the local ammo specials. Had thought it was for tomorrow but found out it was today. By the time I got ready and to the store it was all gone.

Relaxing a minute then off for a walk. It has quit raining here for now so going to take advantage of the dry window.

Well the day went by and I did little but sit on the couch, eat, and only occasionally yelled at the kids. All in all, pretty good.
It should be a good game.
I'm about done for the day... and the wife is threatening to drag me to the mall in the morning. Good thing we're not desperately shopping for things--just looking to see if we can find any good deals on kids clothing. Also: no big box stores, so there's a plus.

Things to ponder.... hmm, yeah, I guess I can mention that the Chargers have the second highest-scoring offense in the NFL and a defense, while ranked in the middle, that is fourth in take-aways. Are our sabers rattled enough yet?

Good morning all, i hope everyone had a nice turkey day. we had a riot, 5 adults 2 kids and a minpin in my little trailer house. 12 solid hours of cooking. thankfully the roommate helped out otherwise it would not have happened. turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, cast iron cornbread with honey, mashed potatoes from scratch, punkin pies(from scratch ), and gravy. dinner was around 2. my mom picked the kids up around 11 from exwifey (i wasnt expecting her to let me have them all day).

@jpf880 that sounds like quite a scare. So glad it was just a branch but very thankful you and your family were prepared. I know that makes you feel good.
We had a great day yesterday with family. I enjoyed seeing everyone. We are so busy with work and extracurricular activities we don't get to see everyone soon enough.
