Good idea, though I doubt that's it.. Hate the drink but I have one daily (I'm a programmer). I have the flavoring, I've tried it alone and in other mixes.. I'll try it though at a small percentage and give it a go. I've been mixing the base (minus pie crust) in a 30 ml, then breaking off in 3-5ml and testing flavors.. Most is getting dumped... A few good flavors that aren't IT, but good.. Lol

I'll report back. As far as having absinthe etc, at one point the makers said its a very simple recipe and I'm trying to keep it just that.. 5 flavors max in my head, 3 is ideal.. Well, when I think simple..

Nice conversation going on here.

For whomever said that they're looking for more Alien Visions flavors, Blueberry Extra (TFA) in identical to that of Alien Visions' Blueberry Crumble, and is delicious!

I was a little skeptical on the Banana Creme as well, as I can already tell that Banana nut bread is sooo close to what we're looking for. However, that person also mentioned cinnamon roll. I don't know about you guys, but, I sometimes get a nice and spicy taste out of Boba's and Gorilla juice, and that just might be it (or part of it). I am definitely going to try it soon (with your ~recipe, OP).

Nice selection of tobaccos tried there, OP. What did you think of that chocolate tobacco (FW, right?) I still want to know what that Smooth tobacco is, lol.

I am going to put a very small order into DesertHighvapes, because they have cheap attys and Capella flavorings (I want to try that Chocolate Fudge brownie I have been hearing so much about!) I might throw in a cinnamon roll (even though it's more expensive there, I won't have to make multiple orders).

I was thinking Cinnamon Roll as well. I know High Desert has two Cinnamon Danish flavors. Cinnamon churro maybe? Hm. Cinnamon something. I could definitely see something cinnamon in there.

Maybe banana nut bread, graham cracker, something cinnamon, and a tobacco. I don't know - like I said earlier, I haven't had GJ in a while.

By the way Levitas, I definitely get the "butteriness" that you were getting. My guess would be that it's from the Banana Nut Bread.

As long as the cinnamon isn't red hot flavor, of course :D

While purchasing flavorings, I am simultaneously looking at PG-Free flavorings to find identical recipe mixes. I feel that this is ideal for unraveling the mystery.

I was thinking the butteriness was coming from the graham cracker? But I only base that off of the smell of the extracts. Only one real way to find out ;)

Let me start with HI! I'm a noob. I've never tasted Gorilla juice and I've been reading this thread and can't help but ask -
Has any one tried the flavors separately rather than as Banana Nut Bread Flavor?
Acetyl Pyrazine(flour/bread)
Ripe Banana
Pecan or walnut
Sweetner
the only thing I see missing from my actual recipe is butter, eggs, soda and salt
(which I believe you can get preservative free NaCl see http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...d-ons-em-vw-bw-mts-acv-ect-2.html#post5559578 )
I'm thinking that is your missing ingredient

Hello there.

Gorilla juice is described, by its originator, as a tobacco blend. The OP mentioned trying Acetyl Pyrazine, and doesn't think that it's what's missing. However, I am going to try it someday myself, just to say that I have.

The OP's recipe is relatively close to a pseudo GJ, however, it is missing a robust or full feeling that the OGJ (Original Gorilla Juice) has. I do not know that adding more banana flavoring (ripe banana) or a nut (pecan or walnut) is what's missing, but, I can see where you're coming from seeing that most people describe the flavor as a banana nut bread. I think you're thinking more dessert, when in fact, we're trying (well, at least I'm trying) to get a little bit away from the dessert element, and more into that robust (whatever the hell it is) with the banana nut bread in the back round.

Still though, thanks for the input! You should jump in with us and experiment! It makes for a great pass time, and it's always fun (and helpful) to have numerous opinions on these matters.

On that note, I just put a small order into High Desert Vapes for that Capella Brownie, and I threw in a bottle of Cinnamon Churro (FW) :) Just to try it out. If nothing else, it seems like a flavor that would do well with the Blueberry Extra.

Edit: I just re-read your post, and I noticed you said to try flavors individually, rather than just using a banana nut bread. That's a great idea. I will definitely look into it in the near future.

I'll skip on this one till I have funds to order the components :) Besides I'm searching for my perfect coffee vape ATM.
Besides using the individual flavors I'd try adding "BD .9% Sodium Chloride (Saline), Preservative Free Prefilled Syringe 10 mL" if you can talk the pharmacist out of one. or
AddiPak Sodium Chloride Inhalation Solution 0.9% 3 mL Unit Dose - Sodium Chloride For Inhalation - Mountainside Medical

Now I will be baking a ton of it for christmas-think I should include some nic juice? ;)

Try adding some Turkish blend tobacco in your mix or desert ship from flavourart.it which has a turkish to it and has been around for as long as Buba's and Gorilla, this should be the one to round it off and give it that final note your looking for if your recipe is close and needs a Tobacco. :)

i understand you dont like dessert ship... but you never know, it might be in it...

i hate coconut anything coconut i cant stand but i like pina colada and i like the bahama mama recipe from breaktru... its weird but coconut is in it...

just an example on how the flavors we might not like can still be a benefit. i think the OP already said he tried it though.. didnt he?

BTW, I also tried "ginger bread" as part of the mix.. not it, but good. it added the "spice" note, like a cinnamon, but melded well. I also want to try "malty", that could reduce the buttery and have a similar effect to grahm.. maybe.

I have quite a list going.. Ill let you guys know when I finally get it and try.

Great discussing going all, LOTS of great ideas! I think we are brewing some good concepts to try and I cant wait to see what comes of it!

Yup, one of the two Levitas, so good luck to those who try, I swear the tobacco is a turkish though, just my opinion.

You are a man of experience. I have read many of your postings over this past near two years I've been around. I will take your suggestion under serious consideration and purchase a bottle of Turkish my next shop around :)

My whole thing isn't to replicate it completely, though, that would be great! I am merely just trying to find a suitable doppelganger to satisfy my person needs.
