Since Classy requested a time out on political discussion here I'm going to refrain from engaging but we've agreed on many things before this so I'll just leave it there.
There are no controls on cbd products in EU as far as quality controls are concerned. It's a free for all.

Unless they are attending a football match, is my understanding. They get pretty violent THEN, but IDK I can't see THAT many Brits going "I am going to make me up some poison cbd."
Hell, I'm probably mistaken. I mean yeah, sure, poor or no cbd but not LETHAL CBD.
Always the US seems the leader in that. IDK maybe Russia too.

Does anyone remember the first time the FDA had a field day with the cartridge they found with the teeeeeensy amount of a carcinogen in the cartridge that were being imported from China. ? That's when all this .... started. No I don't think you were talking about any of us being dumb on this forum, I also have always believed my own theory I came up with right after the FDA found the cartridge with the carcinogen in it that BIG T. will lose way to much money and start their bs with big pharma and once that happens well then the politicians will need to get their paws involved because they will lose money from the profits of BIG T. and BIG PHARMA. Follow the money. Like I said they don't care about the flavored juice and kids vaping under the age of 18. IF THEY EVER CARED ABOUT ANYTHING THEY HAVE BEEN SAYING THEN BIG TOBACCO would of been closed down long ago even before the whistle blower about the over 2,000 chemicals found in each cigarette that they were putting all that poison into. That they all lied about. I smoked since I was 13 years old. Quit because of vaping May st 2009. So The FDA started this and wala. They are all such liars and make me so sick. I can go on and on. I will survive on just traditional tobacco flavored juice and menthol. It's a choice I made because I don't ever want to smoke a cigarette again as long as I have air to breath.

I started at 14 or 15. I was with a blond haired Italian girl who had C cups. She made smoking look good after being intimate.
Yeah it's crazy, even at a young age we knew it was addicting due to nicotine. We knew it caused cancer. However we did not know about all the additional poisons they added into it.
Vaping saved my life and I'll always remember Johnson's Creek as the key to get me off cigs.
Even if they do a flavor ban, those of us who make our own juices will not be affected. Though jobs will be lost and companies will be forced out of business. It's just horrible.
What I wonder is if the Trump administration does make a flavor ban, can't this be taken to the supreme Court? I doubt it would hold if it goes that route.
I would agree that they do do that. They’re not the only things that have ever done it, but those things tend to be very situational. There’s a gigantic black market in China for baby formula for example. It’s very situational though. Local chineses companies were caught using ground up flooring tile to fool the testing system and a bunch of babies died.

...... the Chinese off too iirc. There was a tremendous amount of baby formula being smurfed out of Hong Kong and the local formula manufacturers were trying to make look alike products. There was also a gigantic market for a particular kind of chocolate ball. That one seemed more like the standard smuggling thing though. This all came from a video made by a South African guy. Any case can go to the Supreme court but it doesn't start there. Fighting the FDA is a long drawn out and expensive process.

Patents filed in 1927 (Joseph Robinson) and 1963 (Herbert A. Gilbert) among others would seem to indicate this is a false claim, although I would credit him for refining an already known tech.
MA hasn't had a decent governor since the 60's, maybe 70's, and has been known as Taxachusetts since at least the 60's. I left there in 2005 for NH and have been safer and happier ever since. It's the east coast equivalent of California.
