Mike,
Please place preorder number one in my name. I have been sent to war with the lowest bidder, the oldest toys and the wrong color gear. Now that I can make my own choices I have. My OB was preorder never a doubt, the BP same thing, once again never a doubt. So to continue the “Family” here you go.

With the travel and the usage if it was going to fail it would have, not so sure what the ECF is doing other than CYA, but Products on use * hours of use / number of injury causing failures is still the formula. Simple math divide by zero.

We all took in chemicals (“analogs”) that due to being above 18 we were allowed to, of our own choice, I have made mine.

So if I use a 9/16" wrench as a handle I shouldn't put it on both post's?

sent from my ICS bionic

Sometimes a 9/16 is to short to reach both posts allways bring a 3/4 so you can use it as leverage when the 7/16 bolt is to tight.. and hey I have laid my wrench across both terminals.. live and learn:)

Just by going on known 'incidents' (google), there are multiple incidents with single battery eGo's going boom and I've never heard of one with a Notcigs pv. I'm pretty sure that speaks for itself right there.
But is anyone here saying eGo's aren't safe? Why then would a pv that has never gone boom be considered in a category that is not recommended or unsafe, I don't understand this reasoning at all... oh.... it's not reasoning, that explains it.

I'll happily stick with the Notcigs pv that has already proven itself. Hopefully I will get to add the envy to my collection. K, that's all for now.

The statistical probability of any PV exploding in your face is in the same realm as being hit by lightning. Add to the equation NotCigs' inclusion of cut-off protection inherent to their devices independent of the batteries along with venting of the tubes, and you're beyond Powerball Lotto territory.

I worry about the former to approximately the same diametrically-opposed extent as I'd kill for the latter.

In any event, ECF's CYA lumping of any/all multi-battery devices into the same category with no regard to the distinctions is not unlike the FDA's looking down its nose at e-cigarettes with the same disdain as Marlboro Red; an applause-garnering position, the fact that it contradicts all the known facts notwithstanding.

I was in a local brick and mortar store last weekend. They mostly sell riva/510's he makes some juice and is a really nice guy bends over backwards for his customers (sound like anyone we know?) So a customer walks in and says "my battery just flashes what's wrong with it?" He says shorted atty? Where is my meter? I say stick it on my buzz pro! He says oh "we don't want to blow your battery too" I say give it here I got a buzz! Well I got that atty glowing like the sun! It was not shorted. Thanks buz!

Just for kicks.. the red led on my ipro is intermittent sometimes it comes on most of the time it is off should this concern me?

So it works when you hit the button but is intermittent ?? If so sounds like a cold solder joint , nothing to worry about just a solder joint with NO POWER to it .

Hope it stays with the small form, just what I have been hoping for. I loved my IPs just way to long, dropped down to the TurboXL for the small size and now waiting on the Envy...

I love the length of the ipro. Its by far the most comfortable PV if you activate the switch with your thumb.
