I'm not sure how to interoperate this. Seems kinda mean to say about a special child.
Hmm.
Avitar.

it takes a special kind of "mean" to encourage special needs children ;) they don't respond well to the liberal, touchy-feel-y, only positive reinforcement kind of mentality that most hippie parents subscribe to. those are the kids that run screaming around restaurants, torture animals, and eventually turn into lawyers. :p

and just for you, my potato-loving brotha, avatar changed. it's still my face, the one my mother gave me. ;)

idabro is skeert by your avatar curisu

No doubt, gave me visions of internalized racism. I like self empowering visions of ones self and heritage :)

Just encouraging an explanation for those that would question. I would not function in the world of hippies lack of realism and their non hygiene way of life. Just told my wife today to find a Hippie Fat Head so that I can punch in the morning it to start my day! :)

I almost left that avatar as my LinkedIn portrait to filter out the overly PC weenies who wouldn't know PC irony if it stared them, buck-toothed, slant-eyed in the face. A friend of the family once mentioned to his partner, "Isn't that kind of racist?" His partner said right back, "It's *his* face."

I wished i was drunk enough at my wedding to pull that face for the family shot...

And to get this thread back on topic - i spent all day exclusively running my Paps Lux in 350 mode with the SnP+Diver combo. I'm on my 4th wick and coil build now, using the wick technique from this post. 4 wraps of 30g kanthal with 30g 99% silver spliced nets me somewhere around 1.8ohms. Not a super exciting build, but my most sucessful yet. The kicker is that i'm using 3mm hollow Ekowool - it's surprisingly well matched, even if it's a bit fatter than the recommended wick gauges.

Can't fault it except for a gurgle at the first draw, and sometimes a drop or so of juice in the 510 connector area.

Taste is on par or better than the KF Lite, with vapor production in the same volumes. Loving it.

Just got my Lux in today and I am loving it. This thing is beautiful. Too bad the only thing I have to top it, is either my aga or my rsst, but it is still vaping beautifully. Can't wait till I get a KF Lite. The telescoping center pin is genius..."two birds with one stone." What a difference in looks when the atty sits flush. Too bad the 500 Lux tubes were out of stock, but I got a brushed brass 500 ghost modder tube locally and it is very nice. It will do for now until domo has them in stock again.

But, your off to a great start! We all had to start somewhere and fortunately you are starting off much quicker than I or most!
They will have stock very soon. Let's get rid of that GP copy for you quick!
Anyway welcome and stick around a bit.

Sounds Great brotha! Check the Atmistique thread here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...diver-rebuildable-atomizer-atmistique-26.html

Many of us hang there a bit and the last few pages there has been quite a bit of tips and help if needed on the Diver including drips, flooding, strippers and general fun bs. Konstantinos stops in mostly daily but like many Greeks are getting ready for much needed vacations.
Seems a few of us hang from thread to thread.

My Lovely LUX - had a Shower!

Well, it is 2.5 months now since I received my Lux... and it was put into some use indeed. Thus, today morning I thought why not give this beauty a shower... it was about time, wasn't it?

No Polish used, just deep cleaned with common stuff from the kitchen...

Washed and scrubbed it with Dish Detergent and Scotch Brite. Then kept it dipped it in a warm solution of Salt & Vinegar for 10-15 minutes...

Made a paste of equal parts of Salt & Wheat Flour with some Vinegar...

Rubbed the Lux with that paste, all the time rotating it in its horizontal plane, for about 10-15 minutes...

Washed it under running water, dabbed it with paper towel and...

Rubbed it enough with some Mothers Microfiber Cloth...

It came out with a nice 'brushed' look...

I'm avoiding using compound polish for as long as I can b'coz I feel it's sheen stays longer without its use. And once touched with polish - it'd need it's frequent use - else it'd look drab IMHO.

I'm quite satisfied with the results... what do you guys feel?
