Ive tried everything man, been fiddling with it for the past 3 hours lol

Something is definitely wrong here buddy. Send an email to info@vapourart.com with clear photos of the interior of the switch, assembled and in exploded view and till Monday we'll find a solution. Refer also your order number to help us find the version, although we may find it by the looks of the internals. Tell me, do you have 1 or 2 telescopic screws? Send a photo of them please.

I'm curious. This happened to me a couple times. Has the button loosened? I had to tighten up the nut inside the fire button and all was well again. Otherwise, it self fired.
Yup. Ask me how I found out. Sigh

Hey matt did you check to see if it was the nut that screws on to the negative post? I remember that happened to me once and I found out that the nut doesn't screw all the way in on one side, so I had to flip it around to get the nut all the way down so it wouldn't make auto-contact with the bottom of my battery.

When I have the nut the wrong way not even pliers will do the trick. When it's on the correct side, I just have to push in the switch and screw it on snug without pliers or tweezers.

If memory serves me, one side of the nut is concave shaped and should face down towards the button when screwing on to it.

The nut was fine, I literally took the entire thing apart, cleaned the switch, changed the spring, adjusted the centre posts, nothing worked. I contacted vapourart like Perseas had mentioned and I took several pictures to go along with the email. Lets just wait and see what happens. I personally think I just need a new switch, IMHO

Thanks Perseas!

In the meantime i just ordered an extra flat top 18350 battery so i can use it properly for now until something is resolved

Yes, you just remove the old posts and put the new ones in.

Thanks bro!! So I suppose my next question is it worth doing to a brand new Spheroid or is it more of a thing to do once it's getting worn? I've never seen an upgraded one in person since I'm the only person i know who has ever even had one.

It's a do it whenever you feel like it sort of thing. It's just easier to build on , gives you more clearance above the air hole , and gets you closer to the fluff so your wicks can be shorter.
