I stopped at World Market today. Hi-Chews! They had the 10 piece bar packs(cherry), and the bags(strawberry or mixed)! Cool! :)

I pass by those packs frequently at local markets, but for some reason no matter how much I love the flavor I feel I may depreciate the value of the ones I receive from Domo if I buy them in bulk :p

So guys...

I got some organic cotton balls from CVS after hearing good things about them.

Well, they have a weird taste to them, so I'm going to try boiling them (I've never needed to boil my cotton balls before..).

My question is this:

Do I need to unroll them before I boil? How many times/how long do I need to boil them? Has anyone else had the 'weird taste' from CVS brand?

Thanks!

When i used to boil my cotton i wouldnt unroll them. I would just throw them in the pot and boil for a while. Usually 10 minutes or so. Run them through a strainer and then put them on a paper towel stack until they dried.
Some people boil more than once but i havent ever seen the need.
I buy my organic cotton balls from target and i havent ever noticed a funny taste. Ive heard the sterile rilled cotton from cvs is tastless as well.

I use the CVS rolled cotton. I have to boil it. Maybe, it's just me. :)

The ones from Domo are extra special, because they are sent with love! :)

Quijote, there's this Japanese organic cotton I purchase, which has zero taste and is only about 9 bucks for a large size cotton pack of 120 or they have like a medium size cotton of I think 180.

EDIT: they are also square shaped and can be split in half and then peeled by strips, which is why I love it. Sorry for the ones who live near a Don Quijote that I never told this sooner.

Are they made in Japan? What's the half-life on 'em?
