I'm headed up north for the weekend to help start the economy at the casinos!! I hope to win enough to purchase every GP item in the store, how much would that be with all the backups, orings, etc.? If I loose, there will be a yard sale real fast! Just kidding, I play aggressive but responsibly! Peace out!

I got my second Piccolo from the classifieds today and it's just perfect. My first had some boo boos (and was described as such..got a super great deal) but can't believe how much better this one looks and hits:laugh:
Sweet Girl, I saw you jump on that. I couldn't read the ad as it was a page and I don't remember any punctuation when I came to. I am trying many best not to add a 4th Piccolo until the release. They are no doubt a favorite of D and I.
You know old friend, you are welcome to send me the other for a polish and face lift. I'll get her hitting for you :)

Good evening GP fam!

Looks like my GP gear has gone through customs at the Cincinnati hub. I may have it delivered by tomorrow if lucky :D

I wanted to give a shout out to Miroslava for helping me get my delivery address changed to my job. I woke up on wed and saw that the package was shown as shipped. I shot a quick e-mail to the info@ address and had a super prompt reply stating that the carrier picked it up.

Within minutes I got an e-mail response back and a new tracking number :D

I love the GP team, they truly are a world class act and deserve praise for exemplary customer support and services. They go above and beyond. George and King P have created one of the best companies in the vaping industry.
Oh man how awesome buddy. George's name is "The Hitman George" and we call Miro "Disco, The Ladies Man Miro". Perseas will always be King P to me, unless I am in trouble, then it's M'Lord. :)
They are a crew not to be reckoned with.

Yes, I must behold the beauty of the Paps X Lux mwahaha. I also cannot wait until the 2nd to hand over the Paps v3 lux to my wife on her birthday. will probably be burning a hole in the closet and calling my name knowing that it will be hidden away.

I am surprised by a lot of the Hip-hop call outs in this thread. If I had to pick favs they would be Wu-Tang, Nas, MF Doom, Cyprus Hill, 2 Pac there are more but that is off the top of my head. I was not really a big fan of Biggie at the time of his arrival, but it seems he grew on me over time especially with the garbage that we have been barraged with. Today the hip-hop that is out there is mostly garbage. I mean the worst rappers of the 90's would probably destroy some of the best rappers today. There is btw a beef between Nas and Jay-Z (which I do not like). They knew each other since they were kids, and Jay tried so hard to get on Nas's tip because he wanted to learn to rap. Marly Marl and his wife spoke about this before. If you watch the Hawaiian soapy fame days videos you can tell he had no skills. He did make smart decisions though in the business world and it propelled him to power, but I hate how he stepped on people to rise to the top. I to this day think Nas destroyed Jay on the Ether track he put out lol.

Don't get me started on Lil wayne either....ugh.

Loop you know whats up...
My biggest beef or reason why I can't stand Jay-Z is the fact that he has stole/bitten so many biggie's lyrics. And the number one rule about being an MC is never steal or use another man or woman's lyrics and claim them as your own. And I can't stand it when I heard Jay-z cone out with that track featuring Beyonce "Me & my Girlfriend" which 2pac originally made and they turned a song which was creative and different to complete crap. Ripping off another artist yet again.

your right, he was also responsible for stealing 2 Pacs my girlfriend (which I loved). I don't even remember Jay trying to change the beats or anything lol. Oh also don't forget the lyric where he said "i'm a writer not a biter" lol. There was a video on youtube that demonstrated him saying that line and then they would play back lines that he stole from other rappers.

Idaho, I get that they "squashed" the beef, but I do not get how they can say they don't remember how it started. As far as I can tell most people from Queensbridge knew about it since before Nas or Jay were even big.

Chadsmo, thanks for dropping the movie title soundtrack for Judgement Night. Me and a friend were trying so hard to remember the name of the OST lol. I guess we are getting old now. :(

As far as music goes I am all over the map I like some classic rock, Jazz, Funk, hip-hop, metal and some electronic styles. Just don't make me listen to country or anything of the sorts. Not trying to offend anyone that likes Country, as to each is their own. What ever makes you happy, you know?

I agree but first, Sound bites are stolen or used in a constant fashion in the Hip Hop industry. Mostly used out of respect. NAS was beaten down for taking 2Pac along everywhere. Jay Z's have also been used tirelessly. All have used previous songs from the 60-80s. Like I said earlier, I loathe TV and drama equally. I am just a 40 something something guy that knows what I like. If I don't I get to change it or turn it off :).

To me, the game gets old. There are not games played in any other genre or era of music but, I still enjoy all kinds.
Hence, my passion for Classical and Classic Rock(artists singing from their soul). I listen to both daily. Nothing speaks serenity like "Air" on the G string, The Swan of Tonela or The Dance of the Blessed Spirits. It is the purest of music for me. I really like all music and when the mood hits will determine my go to.
I am no music aficionado but, again it has been a big part of my life and may have saved my life. Music sets me free.

I'll always be a 90's alternative listener as well, Pearl Jam as a staple. And I too have Slayer, Disturbed, System of a Down and As I lay Dying days. I blame  the USMC as we all had to compromise with another. Ironic isn't it, compromising with adults, man to man. Why can't our Govt do this?

I've seen many complain in print that 90's alt/grunge was more about fashion than good music, but I think that's just sour grapes. There were many very talented bands from the nineties, my personal favorite was Alice in Chains. Of course after a few made it big there were a lot of really crappy bands signed to contracts, but that happens in all genres. The 90's alt/grunge era I don't think gets enough respect for how it changed the landscape of hard rock and metal, mostly for the better.
