That picture brings back memories for me. I have no children of my own. However, I have taken in seven children temporarily over the years. Their stays with me, lasted anywhere between one to eight years. My Lena, I had from birth till age eight. I have so many pictures of her, holding my cats just like that!
Holding is a matter of interpretation here...for our cat Minnie, its more like squeezing the life out, but she has been so good with our kids. Most patient cat I've ever seen.

I had one particular cat, Tippy, that was like that with my Lena.

My 110 pound Doberman was incredible with her! I swear, that dog raised her. From birth on... What an incredible bond they had. :)

    Thanks sir

Just to answer an earlier question, I'm a big fanboy of the 18490 platform myself. The 650 always reminds me of a personal self-defense weapon and the 350 mods just don't last nearly long enough to be practical for me.

Congrats on finishing your finals. It was always a relief for me.

I must say this. I have been longing for this time in this thread. I could not have a bigger smile than I do now. I have said for a long time that GP brings people from all walks of life together. I am in awe. Finally :).
Seems like forever ago when it was just a few hanging out occasionally. I looked forward to every post of Perseas and his genius and very much still do.
Members have come and gone throughout time but, things have finally changed.
Knowing Blake prior, I would look forward to him posting and often offered help sending videos to help others far back in the day. I learned back then that Mr Robato and I would be good friends.
I also remember when Q showed up one day and the mockery of me and my photo skills began. I would post a GP picture and the very next post Q was there to make mine look like a drunken Polaroid shot  It happened far too often.
Perseas used to make fun of me and would print my posts and pictures for the GP team to have their daily laugh and I was the poster child of comedic relief in Athens. Wait...he still makes fun of me :).

I wish I could use words to describe my thoughts better. But, this was the goal all along. Having a fun, respectful, positive relationship with others with no competition between us and to get as close to a internet GP family as possible.
Funkmaster P has built the framework for us to make it our own.
I feel honored to have made the friends I have and appreciate you all, making it very pleasant and nice to be here.
I smile to myself when I get asked regularly, "Why do you have and use so much GP?" It is an easy answer.
Our thread would be a fine example for others to follow.

    Go GP.

Yankee and I were talking earlier and we talked about this a bit. So I wanted to remind everyone as mentioned on VapourArt's website -
Consider to add a few silver plated M4 screws to your order replacing your brass screws in the switch of your V3 switches. :)

    Same size M4 screw ^ in PAPS X Lux as PAPS V3 switch(serial #'s 1000+ in ss version -. Serial #'s -1000 have the M3)

Those are my brothers and sisters. All from the same marriage. I don't have any of my own yet. My Nephew Colton is kind of my son since I don't have one. Lol.
One of my ex's asked my father one day, "how did you make a girl, then a boy, all the way down?"
His response "When you want a boy, I just do it with a backwards hat on, and a girl, no hat"
She actually fell for it too which was hilarious.

That's awesome . Apologies for the mixup. I should have wore a hat... Lol

Do you all think it wise to upgrade the brass GPin to the silver-plated Lux GPin for just that minuscule improvement in conductivity? Or is my OCD getting the better of me, lol.

Thank you all for sharing your hearts. It brings me peace and so much joy to experience such warm exposure with one another.
I believe this positive energy can only thrive because of its founder, Perseus. Thanks, man. It's good to this sanctuary. Much love to all of you.

Am one that hasn't been on this forum very long, but everyone has made me feel very welcome. I already knew some of you from other forums, among the best folks on those forums. It's nice to be a part of a place where folks always respect each other, always have fun together, always support each other and the VaporArt team, a team that tirelessly supports us in return. Can't say that for some of the other vendor based forums. This is the best group of people as a whole I've seen on ECF.

I really enjoyed talking to you on the phone the other day Bill, and feel a strong bond with you. Feel the same with a few others I had more personal contact with on other forums. While the written word can and does build strong ties, the spoken word does it instantly.

    Thanks to all of you.

I couldn't agree more. I am fairly new to this forum and to "GP World" in general, but you all have made me feel very welcome! The fact that a product line can bring good people together like this is very cool; something you don't see with a lot of other companies.... good stuff!! :)

According to the list of registered GP Paps X SSs, linked from the product page on Vapourarts's website, 1411 (Todai) is the highest recorded from what I can tell, so any new GP Paps X should work with M4 screws for the negative contact.

Personally, unless it's really bad, I think that the quest for the most minimal voltage drop is overrated and upgrades like silver plated screws may not be worth it.
