Let me know what you think of this build. I tried this and found that flavor was lacking since the coils are so far off the deck/airhole. So far single coil builds have worked best for me.
As of now I'm enjoying it. Been a few hrs.

Hello ol' friend. A bit past sleep time for you. You must have a pass to sleep in.As of now I'm enjoying it. Been a few hrs.
I thought I would take a few pictures and add a comment or two of the most recent changes in the GP PAPS switch . I am intentionally leaving the V1 out of the pictures as they are rare to see these days.

As we all know, the GP Switches are the best in the business by many standards and the majority of high end mechanical users. They are coveted by many 20x1mm tube owners globally. I occasionally hang out with fellow PAPS lovers on Pedro's thread and am hit up often for extra switches for sale. I sent one to a good buddy whom loves P and owner of GP mods for use on his Caravela. This to me was a great compliment to Perseas and GP. I will never convict Pedro for making bad switches as they are very well built, solid and I think Pedro is a good man and builder but, GP's switches are plain better and I love the GP Team.
There are a few here that may have seen the V1's (Brethren Blake did!) and a few that have been lucky enough to love the V2. The V2 time period confused the hell out of me learning to to lock the ring....lock the ring....lock the ring! I looooved the V2.1 switches and for the life of me could not remember to lock the device before setting down every time. I failed many times. I think this is why I got so good at wrapping coils.
If you remember the V2 switches you may remember the c clpis. I remember when cleaning the V2 actually pretending to be able to see them as they flew across the room or dropped when installing. I still have V2.1's
When the V2.5 plan was announced, I was in disbelief. I quickly purchased a First Class Ticket to Athens to Hug King P himself. Eventually he was tired of my hugs and asked George and Miro to make me stop, unfortunately with baseball bats...another story.
I'll not forget when Perseas told us the new switch "passed the drunken test!". Soo funny and no more locking for me to remember.
When the LUX 2.5 switch hit my door step, pure love. This is when my GP switch hording came to life.
Many of us talked about them for days and days in amazement!

Now the V3 has taken over and we get to appreciate and love GP's forward thinking all over. I can not get over the V3 switch, so simple yet so detailed. I must have disassembled the V3 switch 10x or so for a look. How genius. Reverse locking switch so that it does not get tight while replacing the battery! Large machined brass post, brass spring, vent holes, smaller insulator, etc..
The feel of the new V3 switch is much like a fairy kissing a unicorns nose....sweet.
Here are a few pics for fun -

All said, I think the biggest take away from this post is the swift advancements GP produces. Always looking to improve their devices and move forward with care for their customers. There are other builders that stagnate and are complacent with their designs soon to fade into the ever changing world of Vaping while GP stays on top.
Is that the suede prestige? I am dying to order one
Thank you, very much for sharing.
Wow! That is quite a 180!I just sold my last Provari that I intend to sell. I started with 8 in January. Then I discovered the GP LINE of PAPS.
Now I am down to 2 Provaris. I am happy happy and with a little more money for King P and DOMO..
Doesn't a few mean 5? So in a month from now when you start saying "half a dozen" I'm just gonna assume you have a dozen...enjoy!The PAPS 2.5 was my first ever Mechanical Mod. I bought it off of the classifieds and immediately fell in love.
Now I also have the V3, the X, the Heron, a few SnP tanks, and a few Spheroids I am happy, happy.
EDITED TO ADD: Almost broke, but happy.
slick! Were there ever any lux drip tips made?
Question: The LUX editions are aluminum bronze. I am sure, some prefer the 'look' of aluminum bronze. Just, as some prefer the 'lesser weight' of titanium. How does aluminum bronze compare in weight, strength, and conductivity to SS? Thanks!
To the common man the Alu-Bronze is pretty similar to our Paps SS tubes ~ in strength, weight and finish. However, it seem while machining it's tad softer (easier to work on) and conductivity is a bit lower than the SS.
Btw, this is a GP ingenuity ~ creating the LUX from Alu-Bronze. It's a stunner. Much, much better looking than Brass ~ and patinas very differently, in a lovely way! It has a feel and sheen of Gold!
and conductivity is a bit lower than the SS.
