Spydro, my sympathies in this day and every other. May the memories continue to burn deep as a beacon.

Sending hugs to you, my friend.........

Thanks, but it's all good, and I'll always have the memories. It was one of those decisions that effected both of us that like we had always done for near 35 years was discused and made together. There was no foul, no battles then or during any of the many years we shared together because we always had mutual respect for each other and were friends from the start to the end. I'll always love her, but it was the right decision, for both of us. I'm especially glad we did it when we did, before my medical issues that came up so she didn't have to deal with any of that. I haven't seen or talked to her since I made a date with her to meet for lunch a couple of months later and I gave her all the money from the house to make sure she would be financially secure. Old habits die hard, but I stopped worrying about her years ago... she has made a good life for herself. That puts a smile on my face because I know she is happy and secure... she deserves no less.

One of the memories today... getting married to a San Francisco socialite was a really big affair that took months of planning, was at the yacht club so very expensive, involved the logistics of hundreds of guests and a month long honeymoon in a couple of far removed places. A whirlwind that had us spinning for months. Good thing we were young. Our divorce Vegas style was as easy as easy gets... no lawyers, just a $50 filing fee to get it signed by a judge. About as anticlimactic as it gets.

You are a good man.......

One of the reasons I fell in love with my first husband.. He loved, respected, and never said a critical word about his ex-wife. :)

Hello everyone. Hope all is well today. A few pictures. Thankfully, I brought a back up atomizer into the field. As I was playing farmer on the hay baler with one of my Heron's atop my X Lux between my lap...The tank and GP drip tip must of vibrated off :(. Thankfully I have narrowed the loss to a 50 acre section  but, suspect it is deep within one of the straw bales at this point.

Todays picture... Vegas as a wasteland after tornados ravenged it. Picked it because it reminds me of the forum, a virtual wasteland now days. Lots of reasons for that I guess. With VapourArt on vacation no Vapour Days to excite the gang before and after; the slide back down after the highest of highs over the TiX; folks doing other things mid summer, maybe vactions, etc. I even got so bored I came back out of retirement from buying mode and bought another mod. Yeah I know, the shame of it all. It gets worse... the one I bought I thought I would never take the fall for, for several reasons, and I have no idea if I'll like it or not. Was bored is my only excuse. The PAPS/Herons are so easy and reliable for me now they are a given that I don't see ever changing. I'm only using CC wicks in them right now - they wick better than anything else but don't last long. No biggie, fast and easy to rewick with it, way more forgiing than KGD or o-cotton. And I'm really likeing the Senio's on them as well, one with a 1.8 build for the 3 mixes of GVC I have, the other with a .7 build for dripping (although today it has my palate cleanser in it). Running them 18650 on V3's. Seems to be all I want to run now days, 18650's... the once dedicated 18350/18490 soul who seldom ran 18650's even though I've always had lots of gear that can run them. But the PAPS are all "at home" mods for me - I don't wear belts so no holsters, and I'm not packing their weight when I'm out and about. Tried some of the old mods as well just for S&G, and found the ProVari's and their toppers boring, the Megalodon that I loved not even a shadow of a PAPS, and forget all my sigelei mechs and VV/VW that I didn't even bother with. Even the MicroStick didn't last long until it went back into the dark. The 2 VV3's are out but only used for walks. So anyway, I'm going to try Squonking. Yep a bottom feeder, a Reo. I have a mini with 2 BF rda's and extras for it on the way, should be here Wed. If it works out it will be another option for something to take when I go out for my wee hours walks or to run errands. Like the VV3's/Megalodon it can just be carried in a shirt pocket. Also came close to buying ZNA and ZNA Lite 30's. Decided to wait and see if I can trade for them, maybe ProVari unicorns, GP gear I don't use or ?

I am a long time fan of motley Crüe and have seen them many many times and I have 5th row seats tommorrow night at the Charlotte amphitheater to hear the farewell tour. Alice cooper is opening up for them!! I am scheduled to see them in Atlantic city as well in October so that show will be my farewell show!! My Paps and I will be rocking out! I will also tell my other family on the other great thread!! Yes, I am a die hard long hair 80's rock band fan!!

I understand completely. I read this financial newsletter (precious metals oriented) which occasionally includes a link to the guy's favorite songs or bands. Last night included a link to a youtube for some kind of presidential award which among others was given to Led Zeppelin. (Imagine f.... that!) The video was shot at the ceremony showing Heart doing Stairway to Heaven with Zep in the audience emotionally listening to one of their own amazing songs. It was very touching. I went on from there to Pink Floyd...
Have a great time
