I stand corrected. I'll have to add 12 more things to my list of why I don't like Texans. :D

Now I'm not gonna go as far to say I dislike Texans but I can say I never heard of calf fries, poke sallet and never ate crawfish before. Saw peeps eating them on TV and the head part freaked me out. And catfish is well, fishy. Too fishy.

Now, I need to go google calf fries and poke sallet but I'm afraid what I might find out. If its like pig intestines or something like that, I may not be able to eat dinner tonight.

EDIT-:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: I know what calf fries are now! I know them as Rocky Mountain Oysters and never had those before!!!!!!

Following my code for trying anything once, I've tried Haggis..followed by half a pint of Guinness! It was really good.. The stout that is (because Guinness is not beer!).

Speaking of Guinness, I make a really good Beef and Guinness stew too!! It's been a while since I've cooked up a pot of that..

:facepalm: Canadians, eh? BJCP Category 13. 13A, specifically for Guinness. How was the Scottish/Irish war in your gut? Did it taste like... your favorite breakfast cereal? I forget, which was that again? :)

It's a Montana thing. We make fun of Texans a lot... mostly cause there's a lot of them here. It's all in jest.

Are you thinking of those most infamous things called fried pork intestines?:D

We call them chitlins in the south!! There is nothing on a hog that can't be eaten....in the local grocery stores, you have, pig tails, pig ears, feet, you name it!! Then to really get south, you go into a country store and there are jars of pickled eggs and pickled pigs feet. The first time my wife saw this, she was like, what the hell is that!! The feet looks like a large mass of cartilage!! Let's see....then there's souse, who knows what that is??

Oh my....

I have never pressed a button that has clicked so smoothly as the ProVari button does, what a nice and delightful surprise. It's everything you all told me it would be...yet so many unspeakable delights abound in this device.

Sad that :wub: M'Lord Pancake :wub: is at work and has not yet experienced this wonderment that is found in a ProVari. I shall place his Satin Purple with Green LED all humbly wrapped in bubble wrap on the altar until he gets home from work.

I now present to you my very first ProVari from ProVape.....

I hope the bacon and waffles buffet will be served at 3pm Eastern time because I'm famished from all this waiting! ;)

Greetings and many congratulations! I have started a thread so the new members of the ProVarinati will learn of why this is such a momentous occasion! {{{hugs!}}}

Thank you, thank you! {{{hugs}}}

I laid down for a long nap after vaping with my Provari for a couple of hours. Lord Pancake woke me after he got home from work before tearing into his bubble wrapped Provari. He also vaped for a couple of hours and passed right out on the couch. I am wondering if this is a common phenomenon with new Provari owners?

then there's souse, who knows what that is??

The german word for it is Suelze, something pickled; especially : seasoned and chopped pork trimmings.

That stuff got me in real trouble at age 4, I wantedn some because I thought it looked pretty and mom said no, so I swiped it and got caught.
Two weeks on souse as punishment, mom asked if I learned my lesson, my reply was "if I had known that I would have taken chocolate.

You silly Canadian person. You suck on the head and then eat the tail. My family always called them Crawdaddies.

Well, when we go out for Crawdaddies, you can have the heads, and I'll have the tails. :D

Sushi restaurants have gotten so Westernized. It used to be that when you ordered shrimp, you were also given the deep fried head as part of the dish. They don't do that anymore, except maybe in parts of L.A.. Certainly not where I live.

I know what you mean. I don't even know what a caterpillar roll is. And tempura sushi? What's that?
