Before the e-cig that's how I felt during the 10+ times I tried to quit. It was a 40 year
old habit, the last few a PAD Marlboro light man. I loved the things. They kinda take
over your life and become ingrained in what you are. It was finally the downright pain
of breathing when getting up in the morning that convinced me it was time.
I was lucky to remember seeing the e-cig a few years ago and went looking online.
I grabbed the Blu. Like many others, it wasn't my cup of tea, got an Ego a week
later, but it was amazing to find I didn't even miss my old tobacco friend.
Like another has said, just don't even think about it being your last cigarette.
Don't tell yourself your quitting. Keep the cigarettes where you normally do.
The e-cig will satisfy the nicotine addiction itself and soon get you off the
habit of the analogs. I don't really think the addiction itself is okay, but God,
it is better than the other poisons that tobacco has.
Good luck!
