Bronze. I was under the impression most juice has a shelf life of 2 years.
I suppose this is one of those. "If it taste good vape it. If it taste bad toss it"?
Everything is still tasteing yummy so far

Adam told me awhile back that his NETs can last up to a year provided they are stored in the refrigerator. I mentioned on a followup post that I had some 10-1/2 month old PB that went bad on me. I never stored it in the fridge. I've had others run up on a year and they didn't seem too bad. But I suspect a year is close to right...give or take a little depending on the juice and how old the extract was to begin with. Also, NETs could be different than non-NETs or more generally anything that has a natural extraction. I'm just guessing, but I suspect many flavorings have preservatives in them. NET extractions would likely not.

Rick works for a company in Philly and telecommutes. When they have bad weather and people can't make it in, he still is expected to report to work. Poor guy never gets a day off due to bad weather.

Bad weather in Florida?

What did you expect?

About the flavor thing.... Keep in mind that the flavors in the NETs are extremely complex. Pretty much any juice that is sourced from natual sources has dozens, if not hundreds of different compounds that make up the flavor. Flavors with a short list of chemical components will often taste the same to everyone who tries it... but the more components, the higher the variation from person to person.

So a NET bring with it all the different chemicals that were present in the original leaf.... everyone has a different sensitivity to the various bits.... and if a person can't really taste a critical component, the resultant overall taste might be horrible.

Agree. And the flavor also changes with age. I know Adam has told me his extracts change with age. That's probably why some people say they taste maple in Huntsman when I know there was no maple in it a year and a half ago.

I could be wrong but I think there's more flavoring added to HHV NET's than just the extract , I think Dipity probably has some of the same coffee flavoring that is in the 2 Java juices accounting for the taste I get from all 3 of them .

I feel pretty safe in saying that all (or most) of the flavoring in the HHV NETs are not added to the extract per se. They are using a cased tobacco. It's tobacco infused with flavor that comes out during the extraction process. Yes, flavoring is definitely being added as the vast majority of tobacco products do have flavors added. It just depends on what point the flavor is added. Cased tobaccos are thought to have a deeper, longer-lasting flavor profile than those with flavors simply added to a raw tobacco extract.

Good morning Army. According to my knowledge, shelf life for e-liquids is variable and dependent on several things. If your juice is stored in LDPE bottles (the soft sided bottles HHV has) then they will not keep as long compared to HDPE (hard sided plastic). Glass bottles will keep them fresh for the longest period. Storage temperature and relative humidity play a roll too. Generally, storing your liquid in the fridge will likely double the lifespan of your juice. The ingredients play a huge roll in shelf life. Juice which contains organic solids (NETs and any other naturally extracted plant based flavorings) will oxidize faster than artificial flavorings and natural distillates. Propylene Glycol is also a good preservative. Juice with higher levels of PG will hold better than high VG juice. There are several other factors which play into shelf stability; acidity/alkalinity levels, alcohol content, and sugar content to name a few. The best thing one can do to get the most life from a bottle of juice is to store it in glass bottles in a cool, dry place.
