Vermiform, I agree with Retic on PB. Dark Horse is straight tobacco to my taste, but doesn't have the spice of a Turkish tobacco.
If PB doesn't appeal to him, another option is Halo's Turkish Tobacco. It was my favorite before finding HHV NETs. Their flavors tend to be bold. Could be because they have a line of E-Go style hardware, and it is top-wicking - so the bold flavor is needed. It's tobacco flavoring, not extracted. Also, they use unspecified, but very high PG in their juices.

Legend has moved up on my list since getting the ProVari and being able to crank up the power on it. Legend handles the higher heat really well, and the tobacco comes forward more.
Better watch for recommendations from retic, EKat. He knows the good stuff, and you'll end up vape broke like me.
Seriously, though, if you don't have a Kayfun for your HHV, you are missing out. It's vape bliss. That's why the Army here hounds you till you get at least one. I have 3 of them, all HCigar clones, very affordable. And I just started hanging out here in late April, early May.
I prefer HA to Shadow , it's richer and a little more tobacco to it , try both with extra extract , Legend is totally different from those two , Legend in 100%VG with extra extract is my all time favorite .
