For batteries, there is nothing to it, on that calculator. The Steam Engine has the MVP2. But putting in the current (amps) is a little confusing to me. I always go by watts on my vw bods, which I have two. It has the MVP2 on there, and it says the mod may not be what it is said to get. A friend is giving me a mutlimeter, but I haven't picked it up yet. Once I get the current part, the ohms, and power are easy.

Kkay, if you don't go sub ohm, you really don't have to worry too much about the current. With a 1 ohm coil and a fresh battery (4.2v) you'll be pulling 4.2 amps. I believe, that's pretty safe for almost any IMR battery. Someone correct me if I'm mistaken, please.

Night agin,, folks this time for sure. Had to come out and count the cookie dough balls I scooped out this evening. (and check on the temp - a chilly 21˚ out.)
Blood must be getting thin, eh?

You're right, but Kkay does not vape that low ohm.

SOB's !!! Damd democrats in NOLA proper are always trying to shove things down peoples throats . They haven't been successful at banning smoking in the bars there though , lotsa opposition from business owners thank God .

Looks like they are trying to again. Even recruiting anti's from around the state. Be vigilant. Maybe get involved ? If you aren't already.... ;)

I'll e-mail those SOB's , won't attend the meeting in city hall though , that's not a place I'd leave a vehicle parked anywhere's near or consider walking unarmed .

I got two of these...to start with. I will get the Sony at another time, from a battery store. I had to have the o ring kit. So I would put in on the calculator 3.7 v and then the resistance (ohms) That would fill out the rest right? Yes, I know I am a newb, but I'm learning slowly but surely.

Right now I like 1.8 oms, and 2-2.2 ohms. I don't care for the 2.8 ohms at all. I wanted to go lower, to see if I like that, in the future. But I don't think I will sub ohm, that sounds a bit intimidating to me, at this point.

Bronze, today I am trying your Caramel Apple Tobacco from HHV you raved about. It has aged a week. Not much taste, but it is still very young. The Heavenly Tobacco and this one both, not a lot of flavor. But I know they should age longer. I just wanted something "different". I get a slight taste from this juice, but no caramel yet, just a tad of apple. At least these two aren't like the Butter Rum, and Powder Keg...LOL.
With mechs it's different , you input the battery voltage - 4.2 volts and your coils resistance in ohms and the calculater tells you the amps and watts , your resistance is your only concern on a regulated mod like the MVP , you need all the info dealing with a mech .

I admit my short term memory is fading. There is no doubt about that. I've noticed it for about the last 5 - 7 years. If I don't make lists it gets forgotten. If I think to do something I had better do it right then and there because in a matter of minutes I will forget what it was I wanted to do. It's just the way it is these days. It was frustrating at first but you employ workarounds and it's not so bad.

The benefit of being an ex-stoner is that when Senility takes over no one will notice :D

CAT needs at least a month....two better. The flavor deepens dramatically.
