Wow, I came in just in time. Just checking in. We are under a dang tornado warning. Tomorrow it is supposed to be nice though, thank goodness. We've had the worst weather the last 3 years or so. I've got a little lavender in the diffuser. I don't know if it will help Bella, but I'm hoping it will. She doesn't like thunder at all. Cassie doesn't seem to care, and I hope she doesn't pick up on Bella's feelings about it.

We are dealing with sirens tonight on it. They just stopped for now. Not too far from here they have rotation, and a suspected tornado a little while away. I hate this.

wellll... you could be in Japan where they get earthquakes, tsunamis and typhoons all at the same time

and if things keep going, there will be volcanoes too

and broken nuclear reactors to boot....

and threats from rockets.....

and Godzilla...

lol.... an earthquake wakes up Godzilla, he surfs onto the beach on a tsunami while a typhoon is going on, he steps on a nuclear reactor and breaks it causing a meltdown which weakens the tectonic plate and causes a volcano to erupt and a bunch of rockets are launched to fight Godzilla.... see... it is possible

Good Morning Army. My daughter is a Patriots Fan, and her husband is from Philly. She claims she will root for the Eagles because she wants him to know what it's like to win it all. I said don't believe it, when she sees #12 on the field of play, she will root for Brady.
Moderate weather forecasted here for the next week. It will be a refreshing change of pace...

Yes

I pigged out a bit yesterday. But only with non fiber type foods. In other words all the bad things.

Bagels (plain) toasted with butter and cream cheese. Yummmm
Apple pie
White Rice with butter

Today.... coffee with only sugar (raw)
Teas
Apple juice
Lemonade
Probably make up some jello...or not.
Can't stand broths plain.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow after it's all done. Hopefully nothing will be found and I can go the normal 5 years till the next one.


As you can see, I'm planning on being around to need another colonoscopy. Take THAT, cancer

Not sure what in particular you dislike about plain broth, but I’m also not a fan. Until I heard about warming up chicken broth, adding as much fresh lemon juice as you like and drinking it from a mug. I think half a lemon was good for me. Something about it - maybe the mug - tricked my brain and made me hate it less.

Darn right on cancer taking THAT!!! We are praying for you.
