Good morning. Back from the GI doctor and it is official. Clean colonoscopy. They do recommend 3 years, I was hoping for 5 but with the Suprep, it is a much easier prep.
When I had mine there was a lady there who got them every two years. My neighbor's dad had colon cancer so he gets them every three years I believe. You can press and hold the power button until it shuts off. Macs are not as finicky as Win about proper shut down.

In the General Discussion Forum, I was chatting with someone who is trying to replicate a fresh pack of cigarettes. Went back and forth, but something seemed amiss. So I asked "How old are you, how long have you smoked, and how many a day ?"
18 years old, smoked 2 years. maybe 1/2 pack a day.
The grumpy old fart came out after that....

At least you are not bathed in WiFi like Bronze and therefore you won’t need a tin foil hat. Being remote has its downsides, I remember. But there’s a lot that’s wonderful about it too.

Chance of freezing rain here this evening. I hope it stays away. Dental Hygiene is not a priority for people when there's slick streets. (nor should it be..)
One of the local schools is closed tomorrow and Thursday due to flu. Our school had over 100 out today, and that's a lot for our size.
