@FranC - Glad to hear you’re prepared! That’s a way of life in the NE in winter for sure. I spent most of my life in PA, 60-70 miles northwest of Philly. We didn’t get hit as hard as you folks up the coast, but still had to be prepared. Hunker down and stay safe!

Now it’s openly admitted that they are doing it. Our air, water, crops and creatures are all affected! “But, hey, trust us! We do this for the good of all!” Sorry, but I don’t have any of that kind of trust left for those making these decisions. Grrrr.

We have 10 inches on the ground and hubs has gone out to plow his few customers here on the hill. He'll be plowing again tomorrow.

I think it finally stopped snowing giving us close to 20 inches. Another storm for Tuesday they say.....unreal.Would you say it is more like a blizzard, or just normal heavy snow? I once was in a place a long time ago in the NE. We went into the store, and there was no snow. We were in there for a while, but not THAT LONG. We came back out of the store, and the snow as several inches deep. I could not believe my eyes. It was a blizzard. I am a Texas woman, so I wouldn't know what is regular in those parts where you live.
