Friday is the perfect pizza day! So today’s adventure was making pizza dough by hand. My arms are gonna be buff with all this kneading going on.

This one’s just shredded Monterey Jack, Parmesan and sliced garlic and sautéed Crimini mushrooms. After baking, it’s topped with arugula that’s been swirled around in olive oil, lemon juice and lemon zest. Easy recipe if anyone wants it.

Whip that arugula off and replace it with an entire bunch of basil, and I'll be there in 3...2.....1.....

UMBC walloped Virginia. Might be advantageous for Kentucky, depending on which UK team shows up at the Boise arena - Heart Breakers/Dream Makers.

Then, on some UK off days, your community college could beat UK. They are young, they have all always been the best players on the court (until this year), they have had a hard time learning to play as a team and they have taken ten years off Calipari's life.
That being said, with Virginia gone, the path got better.

Their path got MUCH easier. Part of the problem Calapari has with all his one and done teams is that Coach K has done the same thing at Duke and now Calapari has to share the freshman talent pool. The one and dones are spread thin. Freshman are still freshman and talent doesn't always overcome experience.
