Whip that arugula off and replace it with an entire bunch of basil, and I'll be there in 3...2.....1.....Friday is the perfect pizza day! So today’s adventure was making pizza dough by hand. My arms are gonna be buff with all this kneading going on.
This one’s just shredded Monterey Jack, Parmesan and sliced garlic and sautéed Crimini mushrooms. After baking, it’s topped with arugula that’s been swirled around in olive oil, lemon juice and lemon zest. Easy recipe if anyone wants it.
