@Chakris - You should do a search on the FireWire thing. Were you connecting them in target mode? Apple moved everything to the Thunderbolt connectors. Wouldn't surprise me if they disabled support for FireWire. It's not like we all spent $$$ on cables and connectors or anything. Ugh.

I kinda think I ran an OS update once that did funky things to the name of the HD. That can usually be changed in the Disk Utility. Be careful that it doesnt reformat or erase anything when you do it. I've changed the HD name before, and I'm thinking it was pretty easy. I do know they don't have the drive icon on the desktop by default, but there is a way to put it there. Search on that too. It was easy steps.

OH Hey, I got vape mail today and I didn't even order it. April, the that she is, sent a care package with a Mega ton of DYI stuff & mods. I'd list it all, but don't want to embarrass her. Plus I'm still waiting for box #3 to arrive, she wrote not to open till I had all 3, but I couldn't resist . I think she cleaned out her skeleton box of all the stuff she didn't want any more. I'd take pics, but Mama has my iPhone.

I will say the Provari that I lost has been replaced. Thank you so much April. I don't know how to repay you for. I now have to PIF sooner than I thought.

@MostlySunny I take it the bottles with the names (Frisco, Fillmore, Fuse) on them are ready to vape, or are they all flavorings?

Yes, I was trying to get into target mode but never made it. I got the iMac restarted in safe mode then did the maintenance. I got the HD renamed from the home screen - easy as changing a file name.I'll check on the Fire-wire and default spot for HD icon in the morning. Need sleep now.

Never hit a 0.45 ohm dual coil dripper setup with 6mg nic juice at 200 watts. You will spend the following 15 minutes waiting for your head to clear.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess it was you who sent the Provari, Robin. Because I know you have at least a half dozen of them and at least one of those just a tiny bit wonky from a fall or two.

Oh, and my questions directed to April are now directed to the board...
1. the mysterious bottle labeled 48 50/50? What am it?
2. only 3 out of nine Vz juices retained the name on the label - the other 6 bled away from a tiny spillage in route. I'll be making wild guesses on those - did someone write down their names? There's Chocolate, Tropical Tobacco, and Caramel Candy the rest are illegible.
3. How do I use the menthol crystals? Sparingly I guess. Those must have raised some eye browse at the customs office.
4. The juice labeled Frisco, Filmore and Fuse - are they vapable as is or are they flavorings too?
