Daughter has come home and has placed jingle bell collars on the dogs. Urlacher does not look happy. He's just not to be decorated.

LOL.. mid-50's here today. It was in the 60's yesterday. Not a speck of white to be found. Most of my grass is still green. Anybody getting snow, can keep it!!

It is in the high 60's right now. Very pleasant indeed. (cloudy but not too hot or cold, I'll take it!) I went to my family's yesterday. Going to a friend's later on today. Have another get together planned Monday. My dog however is not a very happy camper. Her mama has been gone too much lately.

My condolences for your wife and her family. Sounds like she lived a long and pleasant life with plenty of family around.
Stay steady for the misses. She may go through a few memories and moods in the weeks to come. Losing an immediate family member does that. Just try to remind her that her mother is in a far better place.

Thank you all for your condolences. Waiting for Mama Chak's sister and my daughter to arrive from the airport. As soon as the do we speed off to the temple for the first day of 5 funeral ceremonies ending with the cremation on the 5th day.
