Afternoon... Mid 70s today and cloudy. So it feels cooler.. The call for rain has stayed to the south so none here so far. Looking at more Medicare stuff today. I found a YouTube video that explained things in a way I could understand for the most part. Independent Medicare Insurance Broker I'll be looking into more on the website. But not now. I can only take so much at a time.

Hey Arm. Rain n storms smoked us yesterday and overnight but has been largely nice today. Gonna fire up a fire in about an hour and drink some beer. Yeah, that’s what I’m gonna do. Some neighbors coming over.
    Enjoy.

Afternoon.... New hot water tank is in. tank and parts total $682. I gave the friend of my BIL that helped $140.. He didn't want it but I made him take it. Because I would have hurt myself doing it alone. The old heater and old water softener tank that was removed were heavy. So total is $822. Saved about $400 / $600 or more. And the old tank went to the Friends house. He'll give to a scrapper he knows. The reason I was told is the city says you have to buy a permit to put in a water heater. Screw them... ;) Still have some clean up to do. After I take a break and let my back and hips settle down from being on my feet so long. Scruffy spent the day hiding. He's not use to other people being here. So he's happy now....

Uh yeah, it would cost $1,200 - $1,600 to have someone install a new heater depending on what you get and where you’re located.

So the intermittent problem I had starting my truck is resolved. Found a loose ground. This problem had been going on for months.

Cleaned the coils on both AC units on the house. Hate that job. But it’s done. I do it every 2-3 years. The large majority of homeowners never do it. My AC units are 26 years old. Nuff said.

Evening... Had therapy this morning. And made 12 more appointments for more. It is working just a bit slow. I also made a appointment with a back doctor at the same place. I'm having trouble with lower back pain. It's a sciatic nerve issue in both legs. It gets so bad sometimes it's hard to walk... So it's time to get it checked. Turned the AC on for a bit to cool the house down. It's been 80 today...
