A little garden update! First pic - starting from the bottom - showing kohlrabi, kale, cauliflower, rapini, red lettuce, broccoli. Some parsley is peaking in from the left side. Second pic shows how nicely collard greens can grow under mesh - when those darn white moths can’t lay their eggs that hatch into green worms that eat every bit of every leaf!

I like winter gardening so far. :)

Watching it grow is more fun than eating the stuff.
A meal plucked from my soil is a special kind of joy for me. I think gardening for me is like fixing your truck for you. The work isn’t much fun and makes my bones ache. But I trust my food more than the grocery store’s food. ;)

Thanks, Fran. As a former resident of the northeast, I still can’t get over being outside in short sleeves in December harvesting from my garden.

I hope you’re doing well and looking forward to a lovely holiday season.

I am doing fine but would like a little snow for Christmas Day. Of course that isn't going to happen. Looking like more rain for after Christmas. This is not normal weather at all.

Rose, how are things looking there these days?
Still have leaves from neighbor's tree which she never cleans up but the city is cleaning up and getting back on track.

Your garden looks good and I am jealous.
