I was on that "no call list" too. Doesn't help at all. I do the same as David and Bronze. I don't answer my phone unless I know the number. If they really need you they will leave a message.

GT, I ride about 10 miles when I bike also. I've gone further, but it's hilly here. Takes me about 40-50 minutes. My sister rides part way with me and she's slower so when she goes it takes longer, but worth it for the company.

I have a bike but haven't ridden much in the past few years. I'm in a more urban area now and it's not appealing to ride with trafffic. I got out a lot on vacation but it was a beach cruiser so just recreational riding to the ice cream shop or a different beach area.

I'm not buying the alka seltzer cure. I mean, maybe it would work. The Magnesium in it maybe would break down a CaOx stone? I'm gonna have to look into this. Would be nice if there was an easy home remedy (i have never had a stone but a friend of mine gets them often).

There's actually a lot of data supporting this, but 2 days is extremely optimistic. Cool! Thanks to @Bunnykiller for sharing!

Good Morning Army. I was supposed to get up a couple hours ago, but after an oppressively hot and humid month or so, a front of drier, cooler air has settled in. Where we were waking up to mid-70's with high humidity, now morning lows in the mid 60's and much lower humidity. Great sleeping weather. If it stays like this, I might not get up until noon Saturday.

How often do you take the Alka Seltzer for kidney stones? I have some Stone Free tablets you get at the health food store. Drink lots of water, that is one of the best things you can do. I've had my share of kidney stones in the past. I've had some that didn't hurt. I've had a few times where it was excruciating.

Oh I wouldn't buy plants at HD, this was just some black rocks and sand.

We though about planting plants around the outside of the pool cage but I really don't want to be weeding down the road.

We are just putting enough rocks so we can mow or weed whack without worrying about the screen on the cage getting damaged.

I always answer, that way I can tell them not to call, even if they still call, it makes me feel better. My husband does that though, simply doesn't answer

Plus swedish meatballs... I have yet to paint my new boys room or furnirsh it so it's a necessity..
Doctor said I was healthy yesterday other then the bacterial meningitis which is being bombarded daily with fluids.

I love my guns but almost never carry.. I do if I'm going on a long road trip, being too far from home scares me but other than that? Nah.. I've been in some of the worst areas and never been messed with yet - hubby says it's because I'm scary. Hahaha.

I feel naked if I'm not carrying. Unfortunately for me carry in a OWB and haven't found a iwb for my fns that I like so no way to conceal at a place like Ikea. Houston is a weird place where I feel it's Mandatory to carry.
Mentally I feel fine. Physically being out of work and with constant iv I'm just tired.

Houston is a bit different I agree, I've been there plenty as I have some family over there.

Sleep is your body trying to heal itself, so it's a good thing, and normal to feel tired especially as sick as you were..

Great news! Get putting that furniture together and glad to hear you're on the upswing, however long that takes.
