Afternoon..... Took off from work at noon. Getting ready to go to therapy.. Then home for beer and pizza...

Afternoon... Shopping done. It's a little warmer than yesterday but not by much... At least the sun is shining.
They checked my movement yesterday. It showed better when they moved it. Which was pushing it way past where I could move it. And that really hurt. When I moved it on my own it was worst than when I started. So who knows. I think it's because checking was done right after all the forced stretching. I have one more therapy next week and 6 more to be set up. Unless something changes. So it's not getting much better..
I got a text yesterday that my 90 working days of light duty will be done next Friday.. That means I'll be on full workers comp and not going to work. Paid vacation without using my vacation time.
Afternoon... In the mid 50s most of the week.. Sunday stuff getting done. Waiting on the 500 to start. And Scruffy is on squirrel watch..

The 500 has turned into a demolition derby.
Pruned the crepe myrtles today. I have a metric azzload of various tree debris piled up next to my burn pit. Gonna take forever to burn.

Hope everyone’s surviving the big freeze! It’s 38 this morning here in SoCal. Meanwhile my garden babies are toasty under their grow lights. I now have a tall raised bed so this season I’ll be growing more than tomatoes and peppers — Lord willing. The main hurdles at first will be leveling the ground under the bed and then filling the bed. Oh boy!
what are you using for grow lights?( from where did you acquire?)
Evening.... Made to 70 today. But it's back in the 30s with wind chill tomorrow. Four hours tomorrow and I'm done.
