Building a big picnic table for the firepit. Wanna do some cookouts.
Try some liquid fish fertilizer, won't burn the roots like many others. What do you have to lose, right? I swore by the stuff when I grew 1200 roses and other plants/bushes.

Fish poop? Not that I would ever think of doing it but how does one go about collecting fish poo?

Funny guy. It’s sold in a bottle. I used it for the avocado tree when I planted it. Something like this one:

    Neptune's Harvest Fish & Seaweed Fertilizer 2-3-1, 18 Ounce https://a.co/d/5FMbxG6

Well, you go out on a boat in Alaska, use your net to catch fish and then.....never mind.

Afternoon... Nice day for Friday.. Went to my Doctor yesterday. I've had swelling in my lower legs. More on the right. Been going on for about 3 weeks . Doctor is sure it's a normal age thing. But he wants me to get an ultrasound done just to make sure. I should get a call for that in a few days..

    Maybe it’s a water thing.

I haven’t worked with trees much but I learned that they are really sensitive about having their roots disturbed. It would have been pretty tough to dig up your oak sprout without messing up the roots. I’m just guessing though.
I think you’re right. Trees don’t want to be messed with. I should say certain trees and certainly native species around here. If I do it again I will dig out a much bigger root ball. And add some fish poop for good measure.

What’s that called? Flibytis or something like that. I surely spelled that wrong.

Doctor just said when you get older fluid can settle in the lower legs.

Side note. The Garage 56 Nascar #24 finished the 24 hour race at Le Mans. They were 39th overall out of a 62 car field. They completed 285 laps or 2,413.1 miles..
