Bummer no vape mail. Double downer. But I did get a fantastic newpaper about my blood sisters retirement. (still can't believe she is young enough to retire). Only 66 and looks like 50 at the most. Ok I over did that one. She really looks like 45. Hope I can do that good when I'm her age. She's gonna take care of her Grand babies. After all there's only 5 of them.

Or maybe it just seems he does, since he sleeps while we are awake. He'd probably pop on more, but when he can, we are sleeping!

I think he takes lots of naps instead of doing it in one shot.. Never sleeps a full night. Instead of one 8-hour stint he does 4 twos.

umm... NEVER HAPPEN ! But if I can stretch last 10ml of Legend and last 5ml of HT another week (doubtful) then I'll have one month steeped NET.com Black Cherry, Black Cavendish and Chris' Blend (30's each) to carry me through February. If I have to go early with the HHV, it'll probably be DF.

Wowzer, My gran had 1 frying pan - cast iron. It's al she needed for an entire lifetime, unlike today where they sell nasty coated stuff that comes off in your food and that you have to replace every few months. Ah, the bacon and sausages that she cooked in there. YUMMMM

I'm almost tempted to go back out , one of my favorite burger joints opened a place fairly close to me , the original owner designed and built a cast iron grill to cook his burgers on back in the 30's , fresh ground beef , handmade patties cooked on a well seasoned cast iron grill and killer onion rings , too many places use that frozen crap these days .

That reminds me, besides looking real delicious, I had vape mail yesterday, a kind friend here on ECF sent a PIF of long handled Cotton swabs (300 count)! Nice guy, eh? He ordered 100 I think, and they sent 600 or more! I thank him and the company he ordered for making life sweet.

the wife collects Cast Iron pots/pans everything from the salesman samples ( little tiny things) to skillets at 16" dia, must have over 50 pieces some of them from WW1.

Cast Iron skillets are the best of everyworld. Best food ever was done in cast iron. YMMV

My mother cooked many a fabulous dinner with the cast iron skillet...I never did so well but I'm kind of a torch cooker..have improved through the years but think that was my problem.

Cast Iron is an art. Just like Calaphon. Industrial cook wear with a life time warranty. Seems I'm the only one in the house that can use it without it burning.

the art behind cast iron is the cleaning part not your typical method of cleaning pot/pans applies to cast iron

Good high quality has to be seasoned. Not cleaned. Proper care and it's wonderful. Improper care and it's really nasty.
That's why I'm the only one allowed to clean the better pots and skillets. And of course the chili/ stew pot.

I watched the local news report about vaping last night, just forgot to post it here. Here's the link. I wasn't impressed, except by the guy from VaporKings saying if you don't think it's safe, don't do it.. Also looks like they are trying to pass a law for tobacco to include all nicotine substances, except gum and patch.

Work was OK today just cold. Haven't slept well this week since the DOT said the med I was on for restless leg syndrome is on the do not take list. Screw'em I'm taking one tonight and tomorrow. And I'm going to refill it thing this weekend. Did say it was cold today and it's going to be colder next weelk. What a deal. OK I've had food and beer and the med. I'm going to bed while I can still get there.
