Hey, extra weight is not permanent. I'm a firm believer in healthy eating and exercise. Take your pups for longer walks, lift some weights while you're sitting at your desk, iron some clothes, do some gardening, clean out your closets--it's all exercise.

I mostly use clearomizers these days- though i still have some cartos.

My smokesticks still come with me as emergency backups now and then

I am vaping a sour grape and my adv Hawaiian Rainbow. I certainly still do use my SmokeStik! I use them for my higher mg liquids.
My son bought me a mod for my Birthday. Something I would have never tried or considered on my own.

However, I really like it! It is not something that I carry around with me when out and about. (I have 6mg liquid for my mod)
I prefer to take my SmokeStik for out and about.

Also my son has planned a cruise for all of us in May. From Tampa to Cozumel. It will be he and his friend Alexa, hubby and I and our daughter and her boyfriend. I am very excited about it!

I plan to lose 10lbs before going so that I can gain it back on the cruise! LOL

I hope that everyone here is doing wonderful!!
