I still really have no experience with those flavors personally, but the brand will help you when looking at other's recipes or getting info on a particular flavoring. One brands pecan (just as a loose example) maybe very different from another's.
Many times similar flavors are used together to get a fuller flavor, strawberry is a good example. I don't often see a recipe with just one type of strawberry.
Some companies also have different versions of the same flavor marked Version1(v1) or Version2(v2). V1 tend to be the ones with potentially harmful chems like diacetyl and others. They also tend to have a richer flavor than the V2 flavors, which were made to be "safer".
Amounts of potentially bad stuff in V1 flavorings are not a big concern to many, they are frequently also found in much greater quantities with tobacco. Others don't want that potential harm regardless, understandably. V2 flavors can taste good too.
I am currently testing the butterscotch butter pecan that i made the same way as the others. I will give it a little bit of time because it still has the other stuff in the coil but hopefully this one has a better taste

Testing with a tank is going to be near impossible.
Are you changing coils between tests?
Also, the recommended percentage will vary by brand AND flavor.

Cinamon by TFA is 2-5%
Rich cinamon by FLV IS 0.2-0.5%

Based on what my still waking up brain is telling me after reading the merged threads is, now that you know SOME of the brands of flavor you have, you should look at recommendations FOR THAT BRAND.

You're still doing better than most, as unflavored is better than incapable.

The cinnamon i got is cinnamon danish swirl by capella which is 5-10%. i went on to the site i ordered from and in the picture it give the percentage needed. That way i can not make a mistake on them. The process of making the flavours and mixing i did correctly to the guidelines. My only thought was do i stick to the original reconmendations for when i mix more than 1 flavour or was i supposed to divide

If you're not going by a recipe, you'll want to test the single flavors by themselves. Once you have a good idea of what each taste like by themselves, you'll have a better idea of what works well together.
The way I do it is create a recipe on ELR, for each single flavor test(SFT) @ 30mL and mix and match those after sampling each. Some commercial juice is probably up in the 20-30% flavor range, depending on a few factors.
As others have said, some flavors may actually cancel each other out, while others will lift others up. It really is trial and error with DIY, even when using others opinions/recopies, as taste is very subjective. After 4-5 months of vaping nothing higher that 8% flavor, I can't stand commercial juice, as it tastes like soda SYRUP to me now.

So don't use the brands percentages as a guide, they are usually way too high. Another thing is the bigger the batch the longer the steep; try pulling off 10ml of each to steep separately, taste about every 3 days. Your percentages don't look that far off. Keep in mind commercial juices usually have a high content of sweeteners, if you aren't using a sweetener the mixes will taste a bit flat to you. Your taste buds will adjust but for the time being you might want to use the sweetener until your buds adjust to diy juices. Hang in there, time and practice will improve your skills.

Yep the last one of my batch i made the same way tastes really good. Though i can't use any of them yet because i am still waiting on the nicotine but the maple pecan is going to be a no go next time it has a weird taste it had a stronger cinnamon type taste than the cinnamon swirl did

I wouldn't really have to adjust to sweet flavours i have apart from the da vinci code been smoking only black note eliquid tobacco flavour it is real tobacco extract. There is i did notice from the bottle a strong standout of cinnamon ish flavour even though it is actually coming from the maple for some reason but i do get the chance to try reduce it as i have to dilute by 30ml to get my nicotine level. It was my first attempt while i had my daughter pulling stuff around in the house so was a little distracted to taste out of the concentrate bottle first. Even though the percentages were correct to the guidelines. But it doesn't explain how it has a strong sweet taste from bottle and no taste in vape where as the. Butterscotch and butter pecan i made has equally strong taste in bottle and a really nice taste in vape. I only tested that one today

I had this happen with a concentrate. TFA Juicy peach. Tastes awesome in liquid form @4%, but nothing in vape form, unless the coil was placed EXACTLY in the right spot. I doubled it to 8%, and got SOME flavor, but still muted, my guess is that it was the sweet component. This could be what's going on, with, say, the banana. It may need a couple of weeks for the off notes to recede and become accents rather than obstruct the flavor.
The more complex the flavor, the more likely it is to need a good long steep too, as might be the case with that cinnamon roll.

I have tried my other liquid after leaving it with the lid off for 15 hours from not so great it is tasting nice even though it not my kind of flavour. Candy floss with tuttifruiti.. i will try the banana split with butterscotch. I just tried the one that made me create this post with cap off since last night it has slightly improved but not ideal. Which must mean it is a patient steeping process

Buttery notes will require a VERY long steep

How long approx will it need. At least it has currently a nice flavour i will wait till the end to add the nicotine

In my experience, 1-2 months for anything described as buttery, cream, or vanilla.

It should have a flavor though, not nothing. I'm most familiar with creams, which have a distinct, almost nail polish remover type aroma before they mature.

Maybe that was the problem all along. It needs to steep or it will have another chemical like flavour overpowering any flavour the other one might have? Would that be correct

With certain profiles. Straight cinamon flavor, not so much. Cinnamon bun, with bakery, and icing, with a vanilla note? More than likely.

Ye i don't have a straight cinnamon. It is cinnamon danish swirl ofcourse mixed in the eliquid with maple pecan and brown sugar
So the Danish flavor was a commercial premixed juice, and you added pecan and brown sugar flavor to it? I haven't tried the FW versions, but TFA brown sugar and pecan are VERY light flavors, and wouldn't have much, if any effect as an additive.

The danish flavour is my concentrate. It is one of 3 flavours i used in my first attempt with brown sugar and maple peacan. The commercial one i have is butter pecan brulee

I'd say you need to start from the beginning then.
Single flavor testing is the best way to start, once you dial in each flavor by themselves, then knowing where you like each one to sit in the mix is easier. Imagine the Danish flavor as a drum track. If the base is to loud, it'll drown out the cowbell of the pecan, and the vocal of the brown sugar.
