Further to last question

I can't help but compare the Skyline to the kayfun 5 as there are some similarities in both function and form.

I do like the kayfun 5, but I would say the Skyline is like a performance version. A bit like the Kayfun 5 being a stock BMW and the Skyline being a race version with leather seats :p

But to compare them ;

They have a similar styling - but the Skyline is around 10mm shorter
The JFC works better on the Skyline
The AFC is easier to adjust exactly as you want it on the Skyline
The build deck on the Skyline is great for spaced coils. They are both super easy to build on.
The flavour better on the Skyline (for me)
The Skyline costs more

The Hussar is very unique in RTAs there is not really any to compare it to. It is not without it's little issues but once you get to know them, they are very easy to work around. Once I got the Hussar I realised that the Rose 3 simply wasn't worth the effort for me. This is possibly due to the fact that I mainly vape NETs which are coil killers, so I have to change quite often and the Rose requires too much messing around (for me)

I only vape NET's as well and used to have the same coil killer problem, especially with Latakia blends. I switched to a NET liquid company that extracts the tobacco via cold-maceration. More expensive but quality, taste and coil life is much improved.

A real life food example like High end Extra-Virgin Olive oil is always extracted via cold-maceration instead of heat-extraction. Olive oils of lesser quality like Pomace, Sunflower,Canola, Soybean, etc; are always heat- macerated.

Cheers,

Blacknote are definitely kinder on coils than Net.com but I now prefer the flavours of Net.com - they do offer cold extraction but haven't tried them, I didn't know that it produced a less gunky juice :)

I will try it done cold next order

Many thanks

I didn't actually mention it was blacknote but that is actually the NET maker I'm buying from for the last 6months. Although the only flavor I enjoy and purchase now is prelude with .6nic since they discontinued their Basma blend which was great.

Blacknote was just a guess, as I have had numerous orders from them and tried all of them except the menthol one. It is really the only NET I have had that is particularly kind on coils. HHV are fine with coils too, but it is a bit of a mystery what varieties of tobacco they use. I do really like them though.

NET.com have for me the truest vape that reminds me of my analogue pipe days. So I just accept that coil gunking just comes with them. I haven't ordered anymore Blacknote for a while, but they are good quality juices.

Regardless of the juice and coil factor, I am glad the Rose 3 is no longer a part of my atty stable ;-)

So far off topic that it's ridiculous, but sunflower oil, soybean oil etc aren't olive oils. They're sunflower oils, soybean oils etc.

Everything is off topic if you extrapolate only one sentence from an entire post from someone else. I Was clearly discussing benefits of cold-macerated NET liquids vs Heat macerated NET liquids and I used a food example to compare.

I obviously meant other oils and didn't mean to categorize a sunflower or soybean as a type of olive.

Did you receive the allen key in the spare o-ring bag? Mine was missing in both of my orders. I sent an email to Vassili waiting to hear back from him.
I don't know, I didn't even look, pretty sure I already have a couple Allen keys that fit it so I didn't even think to check...I'll let you know when I get back home.

Wait...An Allen key for what exactly? Are you referring to in case the juice control gets locked up, because it doesn't come with one for that...I assumed it was for the screws to trap wire, but those are flat head it appears

They don't come with an allen key. Are the new grub screws flat head now? That will be good. My replacements should arrive very soon :)

Looking forward to hearing about your first vape.
