    No you can't
68 years old, Have smoked 55 years until 0ct 2012.
I remember going to white castlefor my mother getting pack of cigs from vending machine. Putting in 15 cents getting the cigs and two cents in the pack cigs from vending machine cost 13 cents in 1952. when I was 8 soda bottle cost 3 cents.

Anyway I don't smoke no more and the funny part of it. I wasn't trying to stop smoking just bought some ecig's to see what it was all about and I liked it. best purchase I ever made.

I'm a 47 year old female. I started smoking around age 15. I quit when I was pregnant at 25. Got back on cigarettes and then quit when I was 43. I stopped for about two years. Stress and spite got me smoking again two years ago. I've always hated the smell. I stopped smoking on Christmas Eve. I am not even interested in a Camel Silver now.

Soon to turn 69 and started smoking at 11... so, 58 years. Most of my life I smoked a PAD or slightly under but when retirement hit and more leisure/computer time that went to 2 PAD. I suffered really awful health consequences that have disappeared since starting vaping. I still have a few smokes a day out of habit rather than addiction and as long as the health problems don't reappear I'm fine with that. In fact, I had so much anxiety that wasn't good for my health without going into the physical problems connected when I attempted to give up smokes totally that I'm not going there again. Well, yeh, I will go into it (LOL). Many who would be considered "elderly" have health issues like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes even tachycardia, etc that are mainly age related but can, of course, be made worse by smoking but its not the determining cause of them. Such is my case. Anxiety makes them worse in spite of their controlling medications and blows the benefits of not smoking (where they're concerned) so I allow myself the ocassional smoke as needed to prevent it.
