I was a late starter, I was probably 22 when I had my first cigarette. I started only when I drank for about 5 years. I was a classic good girl, and it felt good to rebel once in a while. I started drinking late too.

Later, stresses of living far away from my family and having a "real" job, and a "real" life, I got addicted. Have been wanting to quit for 3 years at least. Wish I had quit before I couldn't.

I dont remember a pack of analogs costing $1.00 back in '92 or 93, I lived in Virginia and they were about $2.50. What state did you live in cuz cigs havent been a dollar a pack since the early 80s?

41, smoked since I was 13 or 14, when I hit about 16 I was smoking 1-1.5 packs a day and stayed in that general range. quite smoking when I was 40. april 11 or 12 2009. marlboro 100's were 1.06 per pack after taxes. (there were reds, lights and 100's then.)
