Oh, I don't trust it yet. After I vaped it a little while, I poped one battery up to break the circuit, not leaving the batteries in while I can't watch it. Not sure I really like box mods, different to use than I remember from "back in the day" when I used to make my own. Don't get me wrong, nothing bad, just different. I'll have to use it for a while and see if it grows on me. I'll post some pictures this weekend.

I've been lurking on this thread for quite some time now. Now with this 30% off coupon I'm on the verge of joining the hybris owners club. I absolutely love the size of it! Seems perfect for a throw in your pocket when you're going to be out for a bit. I'm just worried I'm not going to get the power requirements that I've come accustomed to. I currently run 19W at 1.4ohm on my tanks for my all day vape. I know I won't be capable of this on a hybris but with my calculations I guess I could get close with 5.5V and 1.8 ohm coils but for how long with a 700 mah battery? Just nudge me. Please nudge me.

Not sure on how long the battery will last for you. I tend to charge 2 batteries a day, I have a set of 4 in rotation. Here is a chart that will give you an idea of what voltage you will need to get what you need. http://www.masterbrewer.net/ECF/voltagechart-lg.jpg

I'm going to pull the trigger and order one. I was going to order it with an extra battery and additional coils. Are there other batteries I should consider or should I just stick with the eFest 14500s?

I use efest, ordered 4 with each Hybris I have gotten, currently have 4 Hybris, and the efest work fine for me. YMMV
They have a good price on 2 packs, plus you get the discount on the batteries also.
I think AW are better, but a little pricy.

I ended up just going with the basic starter kit. Decided I'd give it a week of testing before I invest any more money into it. I can always buy additional coils and batteries later. What a steal at $36.46 with s&h! Now I play the waiting game.

Not bad, but a box mod is a little strange, been a long time. I am getting 6 to 7 hours out of a set of batteries, give or take. The voltage range of the clone is better for me as I am a low watt user, under 7 most of the time. I don't like not being able to check my voltage of the batteries, they just die, one vape is fine, then nothing. There are some simple improvements they could do to it to make it better. Still my ADV is my Hybris, haven't found anything I like better, and I have quite a few different VV and VW mods.

Anyone tried these from Nicoticket, The Virus (H1N1), Wakonda, & Custard's Last Stand, I just ordered 10ml of each to try, need something different. I have been reading they will need steeped for a while, how long is the question and how did you like them? I know taste is subjective, just wanting to get an idea. I won't get them until the 1st as I'll be out of town from Thursday to Sunday on a short break (fishing).

Just curious if anyone is having the same problem as me? I haven't been receiving any email notifications for my subscribed threads.
If so, I just wanted to give a heads up. I read that retired1 (admin) mentioned that they are aware of the problem.

I only get email notifications for PMs. For subscribed threads, I just click on Settings at the top right of the page. That'll give you a list of all your subscribed threads that have new posts.

But, yes. I've heard a lot of people are having that problem.
