I just saw on another thread where there is a recall on the GG's. Better check it out before buying.

I am so happy with my decision of the Lightvaper. Production, ease of use, looks aside, when you consider the costs of the other mods, it CAN'T be beat! The battery life and output is truly amazing!!!

Mine uses the 801 atomisers and not the 901's.

Sam, as you were advising me I found it at smokejuice, so I see it is on preorder, do you have the first of the releases?? It looks like it is about $150.00 plus ?? and you must think it is worth it??
you and I seem to travel down similiar paths vape wise and SJ as well

I was actually considering trying the GG when he made them with the penstyle atomizer (was waiting for some more reviews). I was a little hesitant about the price because as you may recall, I tried the SD then sold it because I wasn't crazy about the switch on the bottom. One of the allures for me of the LV is the placement of the switch.

So now that I am purchasing one of these, I will wait on the GG and see how this one goes.

And Rejoice has to be the "Queen of the Mods" because I think she has tried most of them anyway :D

I have only tried the SD so far.

Yes, I did see something about that too. But I think smokindeuces's are preorders right now so maybe they'll get it straightened out before those actually ship?

What is the advantage of having a 801 mod? I imagine that you won;t be able to use the carts anyway since the high voltage will cause the cart to dry out in no time. Do you guys drip with the 801s? I guess I am asking how do you use the 801s vs 901s with these mods?

Lu...how about a Vaporking being the atomizer? That might be real cool.

I think the benefit is the ability to use a large cart. I always use carts and only drip when I'm starting on a new atomiser. I just keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't dry out. I don't find it dries out any faster than it did on a passthrough.

When I received my first MOD from forum member Bastage. I have loved MOD'S.
Whenever there has been any new moddlers selling any MOD's, I am most interested.
I contacted secondson2929 and he sold me one of his MOD's. He is one fine fellow.
We PM''s each other and had good conversations. I really like this guy and he can sure build magnum's. He is honest and good to do business with. I highly recommend his MOD's and others on the forum.

I would hate to think Ted would be angry w/ me, but I think the 901's mods are better in the TH than the 801 I have all 3 and the 801, is nice and smooth and holds up wonderfully, however, I still think the 901 long and the 901 magnum beat out the 801 hands down But that is my preference

I don't have both, but I bought Lu's screwdriver 801. It was made for the pen atomizers by Trog. I had both kind of screwdriver's the 901's and 801.
I have to say this for me the 901 is better. I sold my pen screwdriver on forum. The one I bought from Lu. To me the draw and vapor is better on the 901 screwdriver. If the magnum from secondson2929 is like this. Than I understand.

After a full weeknd with all my mods I now believe w/o any issues, if ands or buts
the 901's both the magnum and the long are better for me as far as the throat hits and overall experience Again I have never been very successful w/ any 801's. I am very pleased w/ the 901 long,
the battery life is an all day and part of evening vape, NO QUESTIONS ABOUT THE BAT LIFE, IT ALWAYS IS SMOOTH AND FEELS REAL GOOD IN HAND

I am not here to bash any mods.... just need to express that:

Anything past a screwdriver is like using a canon to kill a mosquito. The screwdriver provides around 4 volts consistently for a long period of time, thats all the power you need to max out these atomisers! The SD is built so beautifully that it almost came from a manufacturer. I don't get these other mods with bigger batteries.

All I can to you is try out others and see for yourself.
Unless you try the Mod's,you can than know for yourself.
You may still feel the way and if you do good for you.
Everyone has to find there Favorite for themself.

GV You are right,,, the SD is like a piece of art!! I love it in everyway possible. looks feel vape everything and I would own dozens, but they are a bit more costly than some of the others being developed
It is not just a matter of bigger, better, cooler, It is also about working and helping out other members, They, too, like Trog have an idea, are creative and capable and want to fill a nitch in an exploding market
So, why not.
My next purchase is from YOUFILLINTHEBLANKS
also a mod developer, trying to get into a market with his own look and idea, I am the first on line to try and provide feedback and get something different for myself. Everybody wins

So, I understand your position, however, it is a lot of FUN collecting all these toys And maybe one day, my collection may be worth a trillion dollars

I didn't even know these existed. .. where was my personal notification? LOL.

Okay, I have an email into ted right now. Hopefully he'll write back kind of soon.

I have been vaping with my SD exclusively this weekend. My 801 atomizers are just not working well with my regular batteries anymore but they are doing great with the SD. I put my new EVOs away for now, too and my 901s and my minis and foggers. I was so desperate for a good vape this weekend that the SD finally felt perfectly normal to me. . . last week or so it felt too big, to much of an addict's (uh, me) dosing machine.

I really want one of Ted's cigs!

I also have one of secondson2929 e-cigs. This is a great e-cig. I have my favorites e-cigs and his is one of them. Right now my favorites are:
1# Place is GG
2# place is Vapor King
3# place is secondson2929 e-cig
4# place is Bastage Magnum
5# place is screwdriver
6# place is youfillintheblank Box MOD
7# place is Lady Pipe
8# place is kissbox

The first three e-cigs are the ones I use the most.

What's a GG? I'm supremely disappointed in my Kissbox, though the atomizer seems to be "breaking-in" and getting better a little each day. I was thinking about getting a screwdriver, but the price and international sale are something I want to avoid. Seriously considering getting a Magnum.

OH KENDRA, I apoligize for not dropping a note (my bad)
So, as a seriuos and dedicated vapor, I do think Ted's machines would be a good find
I met him Friday of last week and we spent an hour talking e/world
He is smart and commited to finding the right recipe for a good ecig
I think he is very well on his way
It light enough but still feels substantial The 3 I bought 901 long 901 magnum and 801 short. All have looooing battery life, really, I have had my 901 long, going for well over 8 plus hrs. I do switch between my cigs but still holds up well

They are clever with a light, (color of your choice) as a matter of fact you can have any color combo he offers. Grreen bodym yellow light, black on green it does not matter
The 901 long and 901 magnum are for seriuos hitters and do hit stronger than the SD, The 801 is a bit more mild, smoother, Not my vape of choice

For the money, and the novelty of a mod, it is well worth it, Plus and this is a huge plus, you have TED, Secondson2929, willing to work with you and he is right here in NC I also know first hand, he is always looking for feedback and for improvement and will constantly re tool til it is as perfect as he/we can get it

Good luck with your purchase
