I got the BPV 31, not sure what the difference is, but mine was a little over $6 at Amazon. It works well, puts holes in the carto without making it an oval, great investment. You suppose they wonder why they are selling so many of these now?

Read the reviews of the things on amazon. Most of the reviews are by vapers trying to punch cartos!
