Yeah, I was always interested in tats, piercings came up later. I suppose honestly I've always just had an affinity for counter-culture in general. I'm only 24 so I'm still young enough to make these mistakes and live with them forever.
Now, my oldest two sons both have piercings and my oldest 17, almost 18, plans on getting at least one tattoo when he turns 18. At that point I welcome it if he wants it. I am just making him wait until then to make this adult decision.
Hard to believe that son of mine is nearly 18...believe it or not, its true!

! There are a lot of great and helpful folks around here, but I do see you and Baditude as King and Queen of ECF, and you've got top prize for ECF fun all locked up. But now I've got to knock this off because this much straightforward earnestness is seriously exercising some underused muscles right now! Fab, what you said about the daunting catch-up thing is right on the money for me. I know I'm gonna sound cursed admitting it, but I recently threw my back out lunging for a falling mason jar in the garage. I don't have a tablet, and sitting at the laptop's kinda rough. But I just can't post until I've caught up. My sister has real, debilitating OCD, so I cringe when people say "I'm a little OCD" (well, of course just using it as an adjective drives me up the wall), but I guess this is the sorta thing they mean. It's no surprise that you're right on the money again, Fab. I'm convinced that if you really set your mind to it, you could figure out a way to set us all up with those personal jet packs that we were promised

Ouch! Not worth a mason jar! At work they train us not to try to catch a falling gas cylinder since they weight up to 80Kg and people have been hurt. It's pretty hard not to go with your instincts however - My boss snapped a tendon last year doing something similar and that was only 15Kg. (2.25 pounds to the Kg, roughly)

Heh. It's nearly impossible to buy the 90% hydrogen peroxide fuel unless you have a special licence, and the catalyst grids are special order. I can do the nitrogen tanks that are used to propel the 'peroxide through the grids though.
Truly amazing, scary stuff with a run-time of about 6 minutes. Just enough to get you up to about 2000 feet....
I helped a guy who was touring around doing demos and fly-ins at sporting events. Very interesting guy. He wouldn't let me photograph his gear though.

His name is David Clarke and he built it all himself. The video is a short practice run for the Exhibition opening he just did last week. Up until I met him I thought only NASA could do this stuff. I was amazed to find out what a simple concept it really is.
The only way humans can fly with wings is something like a paraglider I'm afraid. We just don't have the muscles required for flight, or the huge breast bone to anchor them on (we would look something like a pterodactyl:

Other than polycarbonate cartotanks, they all seem the same to me. I have a couple of VVV pyrex tanks which are huge at 1" wide, but they fit perfectly on 2 mods that I have. The VVV polypro tank with the side fill screw is pretty convenient, but I don't see myself getting any more of those.

I remember my early twenties. There were piercings for sure, but not the kind that the public ever saw.
Tattoos? Sure, but they're still hidden under a t-shirt, not that I'm ashamed. It's for me, not a decoration for others to judge. Just a helpful reminder when I stray from the path that keeps me a generally nice guy. Not that I'm starting a guessing game, but I doubt you could imagine what it is. No, it's not a unicorn farting out a rainbow.
I missed Modenvy on purpose this time, not one thing that I would want. I have enough stuff to PIF already. They stopped posting the winners on FaceBoob, I can only hope that somebody I know won something they like. Retroactive good luck to you all!

I was at a party Friday night, we were in a club and I was sitting on a bar stool showing this girl my PV and my buddy snapped a photo. He then photo-shopped my image from it onto the Iron Throne from "Game of Thrones". So its pretty cheesy, but it did make me laugh...kinda looks like the one of Eddard looking at his sword from the original series season-one trailer.

No, the iron throne is the king's throne in Westeros of Game of Thrones. It was built from the swords of vanquished foes by one of the Targaryn Kings. The funny thing is, it is apparently as uncomfortable as it looks. Frequently cutting the King, tearing his clothes, etc...

yeah i hesitated on the protank2 because of my dislike of the protank but i was feeling very antsy..(which lead to compulsiveness). and my b&m had them in stock so i figured i'd give it a shot....
it doesn't have fits like the #1 ..no leaking, gurgling, spitting at me....but i do notice that the flavor/draw declines repidly
my evod wants to become permanently fused with the vamo so i don't use it...maybe once a week on the ego if i remember and the ego is charged
the smaller polypro/side screw VVV was a PIF....(which i am thankful for) i don't know if i will buy more tho
